It's an unfortunate fact that a racist culture/society can make people racist against their own race. : \
Why do you assume it's society at large making her feel that way rather than her own experiences living around black people?

Because society at large is very good at giving the message that black people are rude, uneducated criminals who suck on the teat of the government without contributing anything to society.

Do you think white people who have never met a black person become racist by pure coincidence?

I've found it's just as common, if not more so, that white people who have actually lived in or near black communities will have more negative opinions of those people than whites who have lived in mostly white suburban neighborhoods their entire lives and never really experienced "diversity" and all that entails.

I believe there may be studies that bear this out too, though I'd have to go digging. It's possible I've mixed that up with something related but distinct.

Actually, that sounds more like a poor, lazy, unemployed person stereotype to me.

Do you think white people who have never met a black person become racist by pure coincidence?
I would generally assume that a person that is racist has racist parents or peers.

Racism, sexism, homophobia, gymnophobia - in fact ALL bigotries and prejudices against any types of human beings are Satan's philosophy, not God's.

Gymnophobia, like fear of exercise?

You realize phobias are afflictions, right? Like leprosy, a bit. But no, you didn't know that because the word has been bastardized by illiterate dogooders and no longer means what it meant, but now, if you disagree with me about any issue i can add "phobia" too, then you're a thataphobe.
