I want to start this off saying that I'm not being bullied. When I was younger I was picked on for being short and scrawny, but now people know better then to bully others at least at my school. Anyway, this kid named James is bullying the younger kids at my school as well as my brother who claims that "oh, he's just joking." This kid, I kid you not, tried to strangle a kid TWICE and all he got was a little less than a slap on the wrist. I've always been on of those "Justice!" people and this is no exception. James comes from a broken household, his parents are divorced and I don't know what his life really is like, but that's no excuse for him to beat on others. I've told adults and they have done next to nothing. I don't want to be a snitch, but when it comes to other's wellbeing and my school record I would rather be a snitch than someone who got into a fight with another kid. My brother went from being this confident out going person to this nervous self conscious person ever since James joined my brother and his friends' little group, and it enrages me to see what is happening to my brother and everyone all around me. He doesn't just give like a little playful push or something he full on slams his fist against kid's necks/upper backs, and grabs people by the back of the neck. I've been praying for him and it is very VERY hard at times, but I keep on reminding my self that God will take care of the vengeance. Just please pray for James and his "victims" and myself as I'm trying not to fight him. I get angry when I see someone hurting others and it makes me want to do something about it. So please pray for everyone, thanks.

It is important to take up the cause of justice and stand up for those who are being oppressed, bullied, and hurt. Good for you. Just keep praying for God to show you what to do. It is not being a "snitch" to report abusive behavior. If no adult listens or helps, keep trying to find others who will. If you are strong enough you could confront James yourself and let him know he needs to stop bullying others.

Dear Heavenly Father, I thank you that Noah is there and that he cares about justice, and we thank you that he has wisdom to reach out and ask before running headlong into a situation, not knowing what will become of it. I ask that you will give him wisdom to analyse this bully's core defect, and then give him an opportunity to speak words of healing upon him. Lord, we ask that your Holy Spirit will take Noah's offering today, to use him as a vessel, to speak the words that can change this bully's mind, and to be a fearsome presence of love and conviction, so that the bully is ashamed to act the way he does. We ask that you'll also reach into the lives of his victims and teach them how to mature in personality so that they too can stand with the power of The Holy Spirit, so that this bully should be healed whenever he goes to strike them. Father God, we know this is not too difficult for you to achieve, so we commit the matter to you and we thank you that you are a God who cares, and that you want us to all know it. We thank you again for Noah here and we ask that you'll bring him to have a clearer knowledge of the faith and a more intimate relationship with you, so that he can keep yielding himself more and more to do your work in all manner of ways. We pray in Jesus' name, let your kingdom come, your will be done on earth as in heaven. Amen.

RiseninJesus has it perfectly; pray for this guy, because as you said you don't know what his home-life is like, but that's no excuse for his behavior. Don't obviously go searching for him to incite violence, but if you see it happening, and are able to do so, step in and put an end to his little antics. May God give you strength to be patient and slow to anger.
