A) It wasn't the use of a private email so much as it was the whole server/domain in her house so she could avoid FOIA requests AND the illegal activity to try and hide/minimize it.
B) Most core Trump fans I've spoken with seem to hate Kushner anyhow, so I doubt you'd get much more than a celebration if this cost Kushner and crew his spot at Trump's elbow.

Now, Saucy, what has all these things to do with the fact that many others before Clinton were using unclassified email servers, and some in this administration are doing the same? That is the point of this OP.

They see him as a much more left-leaning and more willing to get involved in situations overseas. The more hardcore among them lay most of Trump's changes on his promises/stances before the election at Kushner influencing Trump.

We're not denying that it was done. I didn't see the Bush admin deleting emails and destroying their phones. If Clinton had just released her emails and come right out and said, "Yeah, I made a mistake and take responsibility" it probably would've been a lot better for her.

And it's not even the act of having private emails on a private server. The law speaks against sending CLASSIFIED emails over a private server, which she did. That's where the law was broken. I haven't seen any investigation stating that anyone on the Bush administration sent classified emails over a private server.

Was it shown that she sent them? All I saw is that some were on the server. I don't recall any reports saying if she sent them or if she just received them.
