I personally don't support LGBT since God created man and woman for a reason. As I've learned lesbian and gay relationships are prohibited in Christianity. Since gays and lesbians are born with that status of a mind (psychologically), it seems it's impossible for them to attract themselves towards the opposite gender. I find that it's something like a disorder in them. It's not a Christian characteristic for us to reject/neglect them, or punish them for how they were born. So, what should we do to them?
We don't do anything "to" them. We let them live their lives. We pray for them. We show them love. What do you "do to" people who have committed adultery, fornication, or have had abortions, or are into inappropriate content? Same thing. It's no different. "We have all sinned and fallen short...."
However I take exception with "for how they were born." It may
may be some are born with those proclivities. However, there is no real data to support that. There is data to the contrary, though. Many factors can be present. Some people were introduced to homosexuality at an early age and "imprinted", so to speak, with that. Some have been abused by the opposite sex and seek sexual fulfillment with their own gender.
Gay people get really angry if you mention this, but there also seem to be biochemical factors, like chemicals in food. There are some frogs who have changed their gender due to run off from chemically treated corn fields, for example. There is a lot of estrogen in the drinking water due to women on birth control pills urinating into it, indirectly. And so on.
However, of course there were gay people throughout history so we know modern chemicals are not the only factor. There can also be demonic influences, of course.
Really it doesn't matter what the cause is. The cure is the same, the Savior. And we are, again, just to love them and not judge.
There are many, many people giving testimonies of having been freed from that lifestyle, easily found all over You Tube.
