Really....I wanted that verse specifically this morning and it's not in the Bible. Know what it says? I like the Complete Jewish Bible most so I'll use it.

Isaiah 46:8-11Complete Jewish Bible (CJB)
8 Remember this, and stand firm.
Keep it in mind, you rebels.

9 “Remember things that happened
at the beginning, long ago —
that I am God, and there is no other;
I am God, and there is none like me.
10 At the beginning I announce the end,
proclaim in advance things not yet done;
and I say that my plan will hold,
I will do everything I please to do.
11 I call a bird of prey from the east,
the man I intended, from a distant country.
I have spoken and will bring it about;
I have made a plan, and I will fulfill it.

So, does He know the end from the beginning? You bet! But look! He SPEAKS it. He tells us what is to happen. Is God in control? Absolutely! But that does not negate the fact that He has given US dominion in the Earth. So looking at these verses, and looking at the verses that give us dominion or reign in the Earth, it's cool that we reign but if we make a mistake, our Father still accomplishes what He set out to do. We cannot mess up His plans. I like that!
Don't you?

I love that scripture.

The words "beginning end" occur only 6 times in the Christian NT, 3 of those in the Jewish/Hebrew book of Revelation. In fact, Jesus proclaims Himself the Beginning and End 3 times in that book.
Isn't Jesus just wonderful..........

Genesis 1:1 (YLT)

Rev 1:8
'I am the Alpha and the Omega, beginning and end, saith the Lord, who is, and who was, and who is coming -- the Almighty.'

Rev 21:6
and He said to me 'It hath been done! I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End;
I, to him who is thirsting, will give of the fountain of the water of the life freely;[John 7:37]
[John 7:37 In yet the last great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cries-out, saying, "If-ever any-one may be thirsting, let him be coming toward Me and be drinking"; [Isaiah 43:19/Revelation 21:6]

Rev 22:13
I am the Alpha and the Omega -- the Beginning and End -- the First and the Last.

Those are really cool verses. When I found the one I was looking for, I was kind of blown away. He knows the end of a thing right from the beginning of it. He declares it. He declares it....He speaks it....He spoke the world into existence....He tells us to speak the Word....Speak things that are not as thought they were...not as they are. The power of words is something we NEED to learn. Now.
