And because of that we really don't know how accurate what we have really are.
Not if you compare the oldest manuscripts and they are mostly compatible. The dates they were written, by whom, and the type of language, are all hints to the authenticity of the only documents we have. You must also know what I know and Jeremiah says it best: Jeremiah 1:9 ..I have put my words in your mouth..

Was Doctrine and Covenants 132 deleted from the Bible?

There is an overwhelming lack of understanding in the world in relation to these principles of salvation and exaltation given to prepare mankind for a place in the kingdom of God, and this lack causes many to stumble. There is no excuse on the part of members of the Church, for they have received the necessary revelation directly from the heavens in this Dispensation of the Fulness of Times. The great mission of the Son of God has been revealed in the Book of Mormon and the Doctrine and Covenants more clearly than any other place. Many passages that have been misunderstood, and therefore mistranslated in the Bible, are clarified in these sacred volumes.
Joseph Fielding Smith, Answers to Gospel Questions, 5 vols. [Salt Lake City: Deseret Book Co., 1957-1966], 4:

Just wondering.

We don't know exactly what was deleted from the bible, only to say that it is impossible from the bible to know exactly how to be saved. Or I should say that there is not one comprehensive place to find the path to salvation in the bible.
It can be found from many scriptures found throughout the bible. So if one will collect the many scriptures that tell us how to be saved, it is contained in the bible, but it is not clear and precise and many err.

That err may be eternal, but I believe all people will have an opportunity to be given the truth, even in the spirit world after this life and before the resurrection. At that time, when they have the full truth will they be able to do what is necessary for salvation, and will be allowed into the KOG.

For instance, if you read the bible, and it does say to be baptized, but your pastors tell you that they have studied the bible and have come to the conclusion that baptism is not necessary for salvation and so you decide to not be baptized.

When you die, you meet with your Savior at the judgement seat and he asked you if you were baptized? You answered no because you did not believe the bible, and between you and your pastors, you concluded that you did not need to be baptized.

Then Jesus says, I told you that I wanted all people to have the knowledge of the gospel and be baptized in my name. Therefore, since you have ignored this commandment, you will not be able to enter into the KOG. It turns out that that error now hurts.

There are other things in the bible about being saved that unless you can answer yes to them, the error will hurt you. So what are those things in the bible? Do you want to take the risk that I am blowing a lot of hot air, or do you want to be serious and look into it before the error hurts you.

Your choice.

her spirit: This expression, thus used of one who has been Dead, strongly implies, that at death the Spirit not only exists separately, but returns and is re-united to the body when it is raised from the dead. 1 Kings 17:21-23; John 11:44
It does mean what you say, but not the HS, but their personal spirits.

I agree that the "adding to/taking away" applies to the book of Revelation itself

So do I. However, we know how God regards lying.

Proverbs 30
5 Every word of God is pure: he is a shield unto them that put their trust in him.

6 Add thou not unto his words, lest he reprove thee, and thou be found a liar.

Colossians 1:9
9 For this cause we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to desire that ye might be filled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding;

2 Timothy 3
16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:

I trust God's love for us has preserved His instructions.

We just went over how Revelation 22:18-19 refers to the Book of Revelation, not the Bible.
Revelation 1:1 FUTURE Tense it means anything added after the time of John and that includes the Book of Mormon that teaches that ventrilloquist and fortune tellers inspired the false writing of Mormons

I love how 1 John 5:7 is literally replaced by something else , it should be
"For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one."

Also many of new wicked bibles like NIV remove Acts 8:37 attacking Christ and they call NIV a study bible haha good joke :satisfied:

Your argument here makes zero sense.

1) "This book" is clearly the Book of Revelation, which is referred to many times in there.
2) It can't refer to the Bible, as the Bible (in it's many forms) didn't exist until decades/centuries later.
3) Some books of the Bible didn't exist until after the Book of Revelation was written.
4) The Biblical cannon has never been 100% agree upon (ranging from 66 to 81 books).
5) Protestants reformers removed books from the Bible.
6) God is unchanging. He doesn't suddenly shut up or quit giving scripture.

Most of Jesus quotes from Scriptures were from LXX so we know that it's scripture because Jesus called it scripture and God can't lie :)
