Nightmares have always been a big trigger but I think I can overcome this benzo withdrawal and dream epidemic with y'all help in prayer and showing me scripture that will lift me up.

Praying for you , maybe if you share your dream with somebody you know or with us you will feel better .

I am praying for you.

Praying for you and your situation. At one point in my life when I was having frequent nightmares, my pastor gave me a small New Testament bible and told me to put it under my pillow each night as I go to sleep. I did this (along with prayer) before bed, and the nightmares ceased! May be worth a try

I don't know how familiar you are with "family guy", but we can all take a lesson from baby Stewie and shout out "victory is mine!" lol. God gives you the victory over your nightmares and everything else. Stand up and declare "victory is mine" in the name of Jesus, everyday. God is already there on that day that the strongholds come down. Keep declaring His word and you will see the day of triumph.
