From the link bdmulneaux provided:

and this one:

and this one:

there's three (out of the 10 they listed) Once you've rebutted those we can provide more as needed.
tulc(finding fake news President Trump has pushed is pretty easy to do) :)

Thanks for the info, but those things aren't considered fake news; they're fake opinions. To promote fake news, you have to be a journalist. Trump isn't a journalist.

I admit that it was stupid when years ago Trump publicly demanded that Obama show proof of his birth certificate. I also remember when Obama caved into the pressure and released his birth certificate in front of an audience (Trump was attending). The former president made Donald look like a complete buffoon and even ridiculed him in his speech (I'll post a link to the video below; Obama starts mocking Trump at the third minute). But still, Trump didn't publish an editorial in a newspaper where he alleged that Obama was born in Kenya; he only stated it publicly. There is a difference between fake news and fake opinions.

The problem is that anything can be made to seem to be fake, depending on how it's interpreted. Democrats love to accuse their enemies of "dog whistle" speech by which they mean that there is nothing wrong with what was said but they suspect that the speaker was slyly meaning something dark that his followers would recognize and which should be banned--all according to the Dems' suspicions, you understand.

Restrict free speech on the grounds of "But not THAT speech" and you're headed for certain censorship.

And Obama still hasn't produced a real birth certificate. The idea that Trump was shown to be a 'buffoon' was totally in the realm of what we were supposed to think. The very liberal governor of Hawaii himself admitted that there is no record of Obama being born in Hawaii, and this after he personally set out to find it.

Actually what you asked was
Where has Trump ever promoted fake news?
and those are 3 examples of President Trump promoting fake news. But I have to admit that little dance President Trump supporters have to do to try and find some way to disguise how President Trump does pretty much everything conservatives/Republicans claim to dislike so much in everyone they disagree with? That seriously never gets old!

About the bolded part? It would appear the main difference would be "If President Trump does it it's not fake news." :sorry:
tulc(has enjoyed watching the dance again though, so thanks for that) :tutu:

There is a difference between fake news and fake opinions.

Yet the similarity lies in the foundation of a falsehood. Whether news or opinion they each have the equal ability to be false.

Is this a confirmation of "alternative" facts?
No, it's a confirmation of the technique by which a reader says that the wording, whatever it was, suggested something to him, whether or not it was written or said. That's one common trick among several.

Or else it is to put a different meaning on what was said from what the speaker meant--such as is done with "alternative facts."

Clearly, the speaker in that case was referring to OTHER facts, i.e. additional information, but the media and every little partisan instantly treated it as meaning something else, a contrary (and self-serving) interpretation of the same facts.

Our geovernment and laws are based on the principals in the Bible. Sin in every form needs to be restrained, judged and punished. Bearing false witness against your neighbor is a sin. Fake news that is fabricated for the purpose of destroying a person, his job, his character, especially if that person is a leader whom God has ordained is a high crime. Democrats are conspiring to displace the president, get him impeached with false charges. That effects the country: our lives, our security and prosperity. That is a dishonor to our basic fundamental truths by which made this nation great. CNN, MSNBC and many others, including talk shows are viciously attacking the POTUS. The liberal Left is destructive, they have a history of being evil. Jim Crow, KKK], the confederate south were all Democrats. Democrats perpetrate racism, socialism, anti-family, anti-Christian values, anti-capitalism, expansion of welfare, open borders, Gay marriage, big government and debts that are about to collapse the economy.
How about some truth in the news? Lets prosecute Hillary for things she really did. Let's expose the lies and corruption, lets empty the swamp and yes, punish the media for their fake news and prohibit them from attending government briefings, entering the White House. They need to all be held accountable for their deeds. But hey, if we don't demand it, God will very soon!

What were those other facts and additional information? I thought Spicer was quite clear as to meaning - "That was the largest audience to witness an inauguration, period." Conway in her inimitable style simply stated by defense the "Alternative Facts", again what were they?

Please do not try to divert the discussion from the point we were examining. You tried to dismiss my post by throwing an "alternative facts" at it when, if you'd disagreed with what I wrote, all you had to do was provide some rebuttal.

Sorry your claim that Obama still hasn't provided is totally false. How am I "diverting" the discussion as you suggested misinterpretation. At the very least show me how Spicer's statement, Conway's statement, or even Trump's birther nonsense are my skewed interpretation. You used the term "technique"... show me how my technique has misappropriated the statements.
