Issue of Restoration Churches

Oh yea, that is a very sad excuse for a small congregation to use. Sure they may not have the funds of a larger congregation, but that doesn't mean they can't go out there and pound some ground.

Also, it seems that some of them out there let the minister do all the work and heavy lifting, and that is not scriptural. They too, need to go out into that world and spread that word to people.

no, we won't lose the building... but its pretty intriguing you say that. Remember when i talked about my moms group? They changed buildings three times during their split...

and have changed pastors that many times as well... I think...
I know we will not lose the building because we are a debt-free church, at least at the moment.

Oh no, I didn't mean lose it from financial issues, I meant by, lets say for example, the majority of people vote in the men meetings things against scripture, and there is no way for the members following scripture to continue in a church erring in scripture. Much in the same why that if I was traveling and there is a church of Christ not practicing taking communion every Sunday, I will leave right away. I will not condone and collude with a church that doesn't obey scripture.

The church of Christ I attend came really close to losing its lampstand when almost half the men we voting in meetings to do things that were not acceptable and right according to scripture. If they had got their way in the voting, any members that wanted to obey scripture, would have to leave, otherwise they will be attending a erring congregation and traditions of men.
