OK, it is about that time again.

I am in the mood to worship the LORD.

I like African music, so I have chosen to use this song to lift Him up:

This song has no lyrics, it is mostly instrumental, so I find nothing unchristian about using it to worship. If it had sinful lyrics in it I would not have posted it. But there are no lyrics at all.

It is not so much of African music that I do not agree with as what African culture actually believes and promotes, which most of it is unBiblical and should not be condoned. They have witch doctors, and I know for sure that there is something Satanic about that. So do not support witch doctors, you guys.

LORD, we come before You to lift You up and praise You
Who is like unto the LORD? Glorious in Holiness, fearful in praises
Doing all His works that He planned to do
And no one can stay His hand
Le us bow to Him and in humble adoration
And give Him all the glory, power, honor, and praise

On a side note, my last living grandpa died last year (so now both of my grandpas are dead) and we did find his bible, however, no one in my family knows if he was saved or not. When he was alive he treated my mom in an unacceptable manner, and I don't think he ever prayed to GOD to ask Him to forgive him for it. I am worried about where his soul is right now, I am hoping that it is not in Hell right now. But I did not know him well enough to know his spiritual condition. I would have witnessed to him while he was alive, but he always gave us the cold shoulder and I was always wondering why he was so mean to us because we never did anything to him. If he was treating us that way because we are Christians by choice, well, then it was wrong for him to do that. But human pride rarely ever admits wrongdoing, unfortunately.

Also, my mom tried witnessing to our living relatives, but they treated her poorly because she is a Christian like me and I think they hate Jesus, which is too bad. I do pray that they accept the gospel, but they live very far away from us and I don't know when I am going to get another chance to present the Gospel to them. I think they are being unwise here, they need to be thinking about where they are going to spend eternity, but you see, people are rarely ever far-sighted like that. Too many people are nowadays are as my dad would say, "short-sighted."
