Matthew 20:22-23, Mark 10:38-39... "Can you drink from the cup I am about to drink, or be baptized with the baptism that I am (or about to be) baptized with...? You know not what you ask for...
The Blood in the cup is the same as the Baptism by fire or Holy Spirit, drinking it means committing to undergo the process, that leads to a full knowledge or disclosure of sin, the same thing the law does, and the end of the law is that, you get a full knowledge and full disclosure, of not only the breadth, but also the depths of sin... So that, you'l find it nigh inescapable, which is where your supposed to get to the end of the law, or fully eating the entire fruit from from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil (or knowledge of sin) or are being baptized by fire or Holy Spirit, or have drank Jesus blood from the cup, being a commitment to this process, but the full knowledge of sin, and realizing that you cannot escape it after that, is only the beginning, cause your about to be born again, and have a share in the new covenant, that comes after the law, and after the cross, that is, the resurrection...
From dying to self, and have now become new... Now follow and learn about the new covenant and what it has to say about what seems to be the inescapability of sin and sinning, and walk in it/that...
God Bless!
