Strange Dream

I had a dream last night and i thought i would post here about it i have been speaking to someone on the website about this dream and we agreed that i should post it publicly for all to see, so here we go..

Last night I had a dream that I was running around a big assault course type thing, similar to big inflatable slides that you climb up when you are a kid, and areas that surround ball pits which have what look like punching bags hanging down. And as [when] you are a child you run through, pushing them all. It was that kind of environment that I was in, but it was all open outside, too. It wasn't a kids environment whatsoever, that's just the best way I can describe the scene to you.

The water was also running down all the parts that I had to climb up and over too, making things very slippery. There were a lot of other people there, too; a couple people that I haven't seen in about 15 years back from school. The rest of the people I didn't even know, but in total I would of said maybe there were about 30-40 other people running the course, too.

All the air there was really dirty and horrible. It smelled like sulphur, eggs and salt. During the course, there would be people who constantly poured buckets of water over our heads from high up, and they seemed to have black robes on and they were certainly "adult." And this [water] had the same horrible smell to it also, and it was white and clear water but kinda thick like it had loads of salt in it.

I have actually had this dream before, but the first time around I wasn't as good at the course. But this time around I would know where the men where that tried to pour water over you, and I would know how to overcome certain obstacles this time with much greater ease, and things like that. I remember climbing up a big plastic/rubber sides with ropes and, as I was climbing it, the smell was just constantly making me gag and feel sick. So in my dream I kept on trying to spit the saliva from my mouth, and every time I would try to I would gag, and it just would not come out. Every time I tried, it just kept resting on the inside of my mouth, until finally on the last attempt I spat out the saliva. And I actually woke up spitting out saliva from my mouth in real life. I have never had this experience before so it was a very strange one, and shocked me to say the least.

i just thought i would let you no the end of this dream too it seemed like the whole challenge had finished and everyone at different parts of the course had froze and a few men walked in in black robes and i think they had bits of white on as well, and they were looking up at me and i ran to get a bow and arrow and shot it up in the air very high and it then landed right next to the feet of one of the robed men and i remember saying to the person next to me "i didn't no it was meant to hit him i wasn't even aiming" afterwards it seemed like i started moving in a strange way almost like a war dance type thing (i have never danced in my life or felt comfortable doing so) but as soon as i started moving in a strange way everyone else around me started moving in exactly the same way as if we were all in sync it was then just after this that the spitting was involved and woke me up.
or the spitting may of happened before and woke me up and then after getting up and going to the toilet i went back to sleep and that's then when the end of this dream I just explained happened i'm not 100% sure as it was the early hours of the morning and i was very sleepy.

Just thought i would share this very strange dream with you all and if anyone has ever had a dream where they have woke up spitting or anything similar i would love to hear from you.

OK, this first part requires some teaching. Not many know this, but the Dead Sea is destined to become the site of the Lake of Fire. It is so rich in salt that tourists can literally float on their backs in the Dead Sea today and not sink. But the entire region is also rich in sulphur. It is the site of the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah, where "fire and brimstone rained down from God out of heaven." The word "brimstone" is literally translated in the Greek as "burning sulphur."

By the way, the awful smells you were smelling in this dream are likewise reminiscent of Hell. Those who have been taken to Hell in spirit describe Hell as smelling of sulphur, rotten eggs, human excrement and every foul thing you can think of. So there is a connection between the Lake of Fire and Hell here, and it means that the forces of evil will subject you to this assault course. They will be the ones pouring putrid-smelling salt water on you from above, and making you "climb the slides." (I'll try and explain this later).

The salt in your dream is interesting, because normally salt is a beneficial substance in scripture. The words of believers are to be seasoned with salt (Colossians 4:6), a reference to their being inundated with the Spirit of God. But here the salt water is putrid smelling, and what is very interesting is that much of the salt they would use during New Testament times came from the Dead Sea. This was because it was already being naturally created and could simply be harvested and put to use or sold on the market immediately. But it was CHEAP salt, and would quickly lose its taste. It is the kind of salt Jesus was referring to when He said, "Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt has lost its savor, wherewith shall it be salted? It is thenceforth good for nothing but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men." (Matthew 5:19). This is what often happened with Dead Sea salt. It would go bad so they would have to throw it out the window into the streets, where it would get trampled underfoot.

So the implication in your dream is this: People around you are going to be pouring putrid-smelling "salt-water" on you, i.e. experiences that will cause you to speak from the putridness of Hell itself, as indicated by you awaking with the taste of this putrid salt in your mouth. Satan will try to get you to speak foul words of hatred, rather than words seasoned with the salt of the Holy Spirit. So you must maintain a Spirit of love in the face of hatred and opposition. This will be part of the tests you are going to have to endure in running the obstacle course God is going to set before you, Kazane. However, this dream could actually apply to many others as well, given that there are many in your dream that are running the course with you. The dream may actually relate to a large section of Christianity as a whole.

I have much more to interpret. This is a very strong dream, and possibly far reaching. But in the meantime, I will search for and find some studies I wrote on the Dead Sea becoming the Lake of Fire and post them here, in case you're interested.

About 2 years ago i think i was certainly taken to see hell in visions it is the only way i could describe the mind blowing things in front of me mentally and physically and no one new how to take what i had seen or even believed me for that matter,
and i didn't no what was happening at all, after this awakening moment in my life this is when i turned to the lord (after never being religious in my life) i most defiantly felt like i was reborn meaning i think i acutally died in my life and came back alive and given a second chance in life i would love to go through this with you at a different time as this was really the main starting point of my spiritual awakening and journey.

Thank you i am very interested to read what you have to say it is very interesting and i understand it very well and i'm so happy i found someone that finally understands what i go through and some one that can help me to help others. Sometimes my dream meanings are very personal to my everyday life to help me and then other times i get ones like this which i just cant understand fully and i finally think with your help i will be able to do so. the "salt" water definitely had salt in it and it was a kind of a milky creamy substance also. just like dirty water. you no the day before you replied to me on here i was actually going to cancel my account on here because i have never really got help from these kind of websites and i have never truly known what to talk about on them and i have never really thought they could benefit me or others and then BAM you replied the next day and turned all that around and i am so grateful for it

At the time it's all could think about or talk about for that matter but after telling everyone that i no and no one listening to me or really taking me seriously i didn't no where to turn or where to go and then all of life's problems seem to come back to me like money the future a home a job a female companion and things like that but i most certainly have never forgotten it because as i said that was the one experience in my life that completely changed who i was and that is the one thing that gave me another chance. After that experience the only thing that i seemed to understand and the only thing that understood me was the bible.

That you have had this dream before is a mark of authenticity, especially on a dream as strange as this one. The fact that you were not as good at the assault course before but better now suggests you are growing some in your knowledge of the things of God.

"Knowing where the men were" suggests coming to recognize certain false teachers and bad spiritual influences, and learning to avoid them.

Climbing in visions normally represents growing in one's relationship with God, i.e. climbing spiritually to get closer to Him. Thus, in this dream the forces of darkness are trying to KEEP you from doing so by making your climb that much more difficult (i.e. the "stench" of false teaching) and more slippery (i.e. water on plastic).

Again this bears the marks of authenticity, i.e. that you woke up actually spitting. That the stench water had gotten into your mouth represents the fact that these false teachings are things that you have accepted in the past, and allowed to come out of your mouth, but that now you were recognizing to be foul and evil; so foul that you were now wanting them out, bad enough to be literally spitting when you woke up.

The ball pits probably represent spiritual traps that will hinder you from progressing spiritually, like temptations. The punching bags you have run through meanwhile represent spiritual obstacles standing in your way, such as opposition from people around you who might be discouraging you from walking with God.

That this was an assault course is a great compliment to you, Kazane. It means that the Lord Jesus Christ is allowing you to be trained as a soldier for the end-time army. I could go into much more detail here, but simply know that not every Christian is called to this, so you should be thankful and honored that He is choosing you for it.

I should repeat. This is a very strong dream spiritually, because it is not limited to you only and the life you are leading or will lead. This spiritual assault course is something many others will be going through, possibly in your immediate environment, such as in your city or country in particular. Continue seeking God about the scope of this dream, and who all it relates to.

Wow that really helps me understand this dream a lot more then how i had all ready interpreted it there is so much detail you wrote about that i completely agree with and completely rings truth with me too, i constantly feel stronger in spirit each and everyday and i feel closer to attaining completeness through spirit. I honestly feel honoured each and every day that the holy spirit helps me through life and guides me to where i need to be and to become the greatest version of myself under god for god and by god.
I really don't think i need to ask more about this dream to god as i believe he is already working through you to help me realise the true meanings of these dreams because then this makes more time for new visions to come along and new messages to be heard.
I'm currently writing up my "visions of hell" testimony and i will be sure to post it once it is fully completed.

Hello could you help interpret something for me again please it's just a short one this time but still a very odd one lol. in my dream last night i was laying on a a really long sofa and there was a good few people sitting on there too i remember sitting with a lady there and at one point i remember that i was drinking milk from her breast not like loads of it just little bits almost as if i was trying to latch lol. i can surely say i do not desire this in real life or have even been thinking about things along these lines so it was a very strange one again for me.

Actually George, I was serious. Another woman had a similar dream two weeks about breastfeeding as well, and the interpretation had largely the same application. These two people don't know one another. It's the Spirit of God communicating something to both of them that's important to their spiritual lives.
