For those of you who haven't realized it yet, the 4 beast kingdoms in the book of Daniel are 4 kings which are 4 beasts, which are the fallen angels, the 4 to 5 horsemen in Revelation.
The reason why Dan 7:17 says the 4 beasts are 4 kings is because they are the fallen angels. Each king is a fallen angel, is a city/kingdom.

The 4 kings are the first king of each kingdom: Nebuchadnezzar, Cyrus, Alexander the Great, and Augustus Caesar. The kingdom possessed is the heavenly kingdom.++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
