For those of you who haven't realized it yet, the 4 beast kingdoms in the book of Daniel are 4 kings which are 4 beasts, which are the fallen angels, the 4 to 5 horsemen in Revelation.

The reason why Dan 7:17 says the 4 beasts are 4 kings is because they are the fallen angels. Each king is a fallen angel, is a city/kingdom.

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Jer 51:8 Babylon is suddenly fallen and destroyed: howl for her; take balm for her pain, if so be she may be healed.
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Rev 18:2 And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird.

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Rev 14:8 And there followed another angel, saying, Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that great city, because she made all nations drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication.

Rev 14:9 And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand,

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Rev 17:7 And the angel said unto me, Wherefore didst thou marvel? I will tell thee the mystery of the woman, and of the beast that carrieth her, which hath the seven heads and ten horns.

Rev 17:8 The beast that thou sawest was, and is not; and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit, and go into perdition: and they that dwell on the earth shall wonder, whose names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, when they behold the beast that was, and is not, and yet is.
Rev 17:9 And here is the mind which hath wisdom. The seven heads are seven mountains, on which the woman sitteth.
Rev 17:10 And there are seven kings: five are fallen, and one is, and the other is not yet come; and when he cometh, he must continue a short space.
Rev 17:11 And the beast that was, and is not, even he is the eighth, and is of the seven, and goeth into perdition.

Rev 17:12 And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast.

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Eze 28:1 The word of the LORD came again unto me, saying,
Eze 28:2 Son of man, say unto the prince of Tyrus, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Because thine heart is lifted up, and thou hast said, I am a God, I sit in the seat of God, in the midst of the seas; yet thou art a man, and not God, though thou set thine heart as the heart of God:

Eze 28:3 Behold, thou art wiser than Daniel; there is no secret that they can hide from thee:
Eze 28:4 With thy wisdom and with thine understanding thou hast gotten thee riches, and hast gotten gold and silver into thy treasures:
Eze 28:5 By thy great wisdom and by thy traffick hast thou increased thy riches, and thine heart is lifted up because of thy riches:

Eze 28:6 Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Because thou hast set thine heart as the heart of God;
Eze 28:7 Behold, therefore I will bring strangers upon thee, the terrible of the nations: and they shall draw their swords against the beauty of thy wisdom, and they shall defile thy brightness.
Eze 28:8 They shall bring thee down to the pit, and thou shalt die the deaths of them that are slain in the midst of the seas.
Eze 28:9 Wilt thou yet say before him that slayeth thee, I am God? but thou shalt be a man, and no God, in the hand of him that slayeth thee.

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Again I ask, who are the 4 kings that are the four beasts?

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Dan 7:17 These great beasts, which are four, are four kings, which shall arise out of the earth.
Dan 7:18 But the saints of the most High shall take the kingdom, and possess the kingdom for ever, even for ever and ever.

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
The 4 kings are the first king of each kingdom: Nebuchadnezzar, Cyrus, Alexander the Great, and Augustus Caesar. The kingdom possessed is the heavenly kingdom.

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Dan 7:8 I considered the horns, and, behold, there came up among them another little horn, before whom there were three of the first horns plucked up by the roots: and, behold, in this horn were eyes like the eyes of man, and a mouth speaking great things.
Dan 7:9 I beheld till the thrones were cast down, and the Ancient of days did sit, whose garment was white as snow, and the hair of his head like the pure wool: his throne was like the fiery flame, and his wheels as burning fire.
Dan 7:10 A fiery stream issued and came forth from before him: thousand thousands ministered unto him, and ten thousand times ten thousand stood before him: the judgment was set, and the books were opened.
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Which is a Revelation event, God's throne set in heaven.

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Rev 4:1 After this I looked, and, behold, a door was opened in heaven: and the first voice which I heard was as it were of a trumpet talking with me; which said, Come up hither, and I will shew thee things which must be hereafter.
Rev 4:2 And immediately I was in the spirit: and, behold, a throne was set in heaven, and one sat on the throne.
Rev 4:3 And he that sat was to look upon like a jasper and a sardine stone: and there was a rainbow round about the throne, in sight like unto an emerald.

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Dan 7:21 I beheld, and the same horn made war with the saints, and prevailed against them;
Dan 7:22 Until the Ancient of days came, and judgment was given to the saints of the most High; and the time came that the saints possessed the kingdom.

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Dan 7:13 I saw in the night visions, and, behold, one like the Son of man came with the clouds of heaven, and came to the Ancient of days, and they brought him near before him.

Dan 7:14 And there was given him dominion, and glory, and a kingdom, that all people, nations, and languages, should serve him: his dominion is an everlasting dominion, which shall not pass away, and his kingdom that which shall not be destroyed.

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

The reason why Dan 7:17 says the 4 beasts are 4 kings is because they are the fallen angels. Each king is a fallen angel, is a city/kingdom.
The reason that is not correct is because in Daniel 2, of the first kingdom, Nebuchadnezzar is identified as the King. Are you claiming that Nebuchadnezzar was a fallen angel?

Who in blue above does that in the New Testament, precepts? Chapter and verse?

It says the person is a man in verse 2 above- not an angel.

Yes, especially the 5th beast.
There is no fifth beast. In Daniel 7, it is four beasts as kingdoms, when coming out of the sea. And it is the same four beasts as kings, when coming out of the earth.

in its negative sense the biblical word "beast" indicates an unsouled spirit of the "darkness" which provides unrighteous people with felicity, IOW, a spirit of the "darkness" which can be positive but not according to righteousness of the true God

sort of off topic. In general I understand the concept, but how are you tying that concept to "beasts"?

What I am thinking of in particular is the beatles' song - "Imagine".

Imagine there's no heaven
It's easy if you try
No hell below us
Above us only sky
Imagine all the people
Living for today

Imagine there's no countries
It isn't hard to do
Nothing to kill or die for
And no religion too
Imagine all the people
Living life in peace

You may say I'm a dreamer
But I'm not the only one
I hope someday you'll join us
And the world will be as one

Of course the PROBLEM with EVERYTHING you said above is that it contradicts Scripture.
The Bible tells us WHAT Daniel's Four Beasts represent:

Dan 7:23 Thus he said, The fourth beast shall be the fourth kingdom upon earth,
which shall be diverse from all kingdoms, and shall devour the whole earth, and shall tread it down, and break it in pieces.

Keep in mind that the prophecy of Daniel 7 is shown in many other places.
Generally speaking, the church has known for a LONG TIME that Daniel's
Fourth Beast represents the SAME KINGDOM as the Revelation Beast and
the Great Tribulation Kingdom.

The ten "horns/kings" of Daniel are the SAME PEOPLE as the ten "horns/kings"
of Revelation 17. The Seven "heads/kings" of the Revelation Beast are the SAME
Seven Heads of Daniel's Beasts. These ten "heads/kings" are shown as ten "virgins"
in Mat 25:1.

In each case the ten "horns/kings/virgins" are the PEOPLE living on earth when the
Great Tribulation occurs and when the Lord Returns in Glory.

........

BTW.... your theories are immediately destroyed by Daniel 7:11-12
which is the same event as Revelation 19:20.... in both cases we see the PEOPLE
living in the Fourth Kingdom/Revelation Kingdom/Great Tribulation Kingdom are
"cast alive" into the "Lake-of-Fire" (or "Burning Flame") while (pay attention now)
the PEOPLE in the remaining Kingdoms continue to exist on earth for a period that
is specifically called the "Season and Time" after the Fourth Kingdom is destroyed.

BTW2.... This "Season and Time" is also revealed in several other Scriptures.

Bottom Line:
You have not found Biblical Truth when you harmonize two-or-three Scriptures.
The measure of Biblical Truth has NEVER been harmony of some select passages....
instead, the ONLY measure of Biblical Truth has been harmony with ALL RELATED Scriptures.
And just one passage (Dan 7:11-12) immediately destroys your theories above.

There is no fifth beast. In Daniel 7, it is four beasts as kingdoms, when coming out of the sea. And it is the same four beasts as kings, when coming out of the earth.

According to Daniel 7 there are FOUR (4) KINGDOMS on earth before the Lord Returns
to establish the (5th) Eternal "Kingdom of Heaven".

According to Matthew....
the (5th) Eternal "Kingdom of Heaven" follows
the (4th) Great Tribulation "Kingdom of Heaven", which follows
the (3rd) Christian "Kingdom of Heaven", which follows
the (2nd) Jewish "Kingdom of Heaven".... which obviously follows
the (1st) Pre-Flood "Kingdom of Heaven".

According to the Bible there are four (4) temporal "Kingdoms of Heaven" on earth
before the Lord Jesus Returns to establish the (5th) Eternal "Kingdom of Heaven".

Those who do not LIKE or ACCEPT these five separate-and-distinct "Kingdoms of Heaven"
are fighting with the prophecies of Daniel and Matthew (not with me).

Rev 18:2 And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird.
Revelation 14, 16 and 18 are the EXACT SAME EVENTS. The Harvest in Rev. 14 is the Same as the Seventh Vial when Jesus returns, Rev. 16:19 says that God sees Babylon when the NATIONS FALL. In Rev. 18 we see all of the Seal, Trumpet and Vial Plagues coming against Babylon.

The Beasts are not Demons. Where do you guys get these strange tall tales from?

Generally speaking, the church has known for a LONG TIME that Daniel's
Fourth Beast represents the SAME KINGDOM as the Revelation Beast and
the Great Tribulation Kingdom.
Got this wrong, in that you fail to understand the Fourth Beast is Rome AND the Little Horn some 2000ish years later. This first is a Great Beast Kingdom, the Second is a MAN, and he destroys and murders Billions.

Not quite, the Seven Heads are the Seven BEASTS that come against Israel throughout history. The bible is about Israel. Egypt, and Assyria are not Mentioned in Daniel, BUT, Babylon, Persia, Greece, and Rome are, that's SIX, then the Anti-Christ/Little Horn makes SEVEN BEAST HEADS. The 10 Kings arise with the Little Horn, but he is the Seventh Head, thus he is not mentioned in Rev. 13 and 17 because he is a BEAST HEAD.

And Matthew 25 has nothing to do with Beasts. Never even heard of that one.

BTW.... your theories are immediately destroyed by Daniel 7:11-12
which is the same event as Revelation 19:20.... in both cases we see the PEOPLE

Daniel 7:11 and Rev. 19:20 are the same event, you are correct there. The "Season and Time" part you get totally wrong. This is pointing out the LAST BEAST, the Little Horn Anti-Christ will end it all, he will be cast into hell, but the OTHER BEASTS....Babylon, Persia, Greece and Rome will have their Dominion taken away, but they will yet live for a SEASON....Meaning they will not perish when they lose Dominion, and this was true, Babylon was where Alexander the Great died, after Persia conquered and was conquered, so its life was extended for a Season, Persia (IRAN), Greece and Rome are still around, but lost their "Dominion" long ago. So it has nothing to do with BEASTS in the Future.

Babylon, Persia, Greece, and Rome are, that's SIX, then the Anti-Christ/Little Horn makes SEVEN BEAST HEADS.
The Anti-Christi/Little Horn is not a kingdom empire like the other six heads in your scenario.
Inconsistent reasoning.

The Antichrist/Little Horn is the seventh head - seventh king. But you have the other six kings wrongly identified as kingdoms (two of which Assyrian and Egypt are not found in either Daniel 2 and Daniel 7).

The 10 Kings arise with the Little Horn, but he is the Seventh Head, thus he is not mentioned in Rev. 13 and 17 because he is a BEAST HEAD.
Please be more clear - what Beast Head where?

If the Antichrist/Little Horn is the seventh head, but none of the heads were mortally wounded in Revelation 17 or 12 description, why isn't the Antichrist/Little Horn the mortally wounded/recovered head in Revelation 13?

Revelation 17:3 So he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness: and I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns. [no crowns on either the heads, nor horns]

Revelation 12: 3 And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads. [crowns on only the heads]

Revelation 13:1 And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy. [crowns on only the horns]

3 And I saw one of his heads as it were wounded to death; and his deadly wound was healed: and all the world wondered after the beast. [one head mortally wound and healed]

According to the Bible there are four (4) temporal "Kingdoms of Heaven" on earth
before the Lord Jesus Returns to establish the (5th) Eternal "Kingdom of Heaven".

.
The Kingdom of Heaven is not temporal. There are not Kingdoms of Heaven in the text of bible.
