Dear LoveGodsWord:

Yes, I totally agree that Jesus is the gift (John 3:16) (2 Corinthians 9:15).
Jesus is the source of our salvation (1 John 5:12).
Jesus saves us both in Justification and in Sanctification.
For we are told to put on the Lord Jesus Christ so as not to fulfill the lusts of the flesh (Romans 13:14).
For there is nothing that can tranform or changes lives more than Jesus Christ; That is why God's people preach the good news of Jesus Christ so as to be saved by Him. For Jesus has fixed up broken homes (or familes). Jesus has drawn the alcoholic away from the bottle. Jesus has helped the gambler to put down his cards and walk away from the game. Jesus has helped the drug addict from the power of the needle. Jesus has helped the harlot from being a slave to sexual sin and money. For Jesus Christ changes lives. Jesus changed my life and He continues to change lives today (Making them new creations in His image).

"Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new."

(2 Corinthians 5:17).

There are two types of believers.
Those who admit they are not sinless and those who don't.

I wonder which type God is more pleased with

Hi stuart. I see it differently. Those who walk in the Spirit and those who still obey their flesh.

I wanted to tell you I finally finished the book on Kathryn Khulman. Boy, can I ever relate to her and what she gave up for God. I had to do the same thing. And like her, I chose God. But it still hurt like the dickens.

You read daughter of destiny?
It's the best book I ever read. It brought tears to my eyes, when she she held aloft the honourary diploma she received from Oral Roberts university. She said:
No one knows what this has cost me. only God.
She also said:
Anyone can see the power in their services I have seen in mine, but it costs everything

I cried too. I KNEW what she went through to follow Christ. Did you ever read my testimony? I can't remember (senior moment). I'll send it to you if you haven't.

I will be honest with you. Many years ago, God wanted me to give him everything. I didn't do it, I was selfish. But I know what is required to give everything, and few surrender all as KK did

You never sin, you are walking in the spirit "all the time", or no...?

I do walk in the Spirit, but if you notice 1 John 1:7 even those who continually walk in the light do miss the mark and Christ's blood continually cleanses them without mention of repentance. Why? Because they are unknown to us to repent. You see this type of sin in the Old Testament is called "unintentional" sin (Numbers 15:22-36). It is unknown to us, and our motives God sees. That is why intentional sins in the Old Testament were punishable by either banishment from the camp to die alone in the wilderness, or they were stoned to death.

When reading the Bible these are God's words and He has one meaning, and yet how many of us agree as to the interpretation? How many of us sin unintentionally by misinterpreting His word and believe a different interpretation to His truth? Those are unintentional sins. For instance, the subject of the gifts of the Spirit. A cessationist avoids speaking in tongues because he believes he might be inviting the devil to speak through him. His motive is to honor God, when he is actually doing the opposite and calling a gift of God of the devil. That is an unintentional sin. God will not hold it against him. Nor will he hold it against a Pentecostal who tries speaking in tongues out of zeal for God, when, in fact, he may have just been copying the sounds he hears others speak who have the gift. I know I tried for many years before being baptized with the Spirit, which must come first. The difference it sounded like from before and after was amazing. Even missing the mark a hair is sin, but Christ's blood automatically cleanses them.

Sorry, I'll reword that... Can one not ever sin, and can one walk or be in the spirit "all of the time" 24/7, and not sin at all...?

If so, how?, by what method or path...?

God Bless!

Intentional sins didn't always result in being stoned to death, or banishment to die in the wilderness
David broke three of the TC one after the other and was forgiven

KK and I both gave up the love of our lives for God. She never married again, and I was never loved again either like I had been. But God gave us both the power to stay away.

John says yes. But, if you do, to repent and return to your first love, doing the things you did in the beginning.

As a Baptist minister of fifty years said:

If we followed after the holy spirit every minute of our lives, we would never commit sin. The reality of which eludes us all

Yes, my husband never loved me in 1990 like who I had given up in 1977. My husband certainly wasn't the love of my life. The other man was.

We still have to go by the Word of God, not by even a minister's carnal experience.

You only have to get angry, have an unkind thought about someone, fail to love without slip everyone you come into contact with and you have committed sin.
And as know the Commandments, how can we say it is sinning in ignorance?

If I Had not spoken to them, they would have no sin, but now, they have no excuse for their sin and in being in denial of this, that they are all sinners in need of a savior, and not one is exempt, except Christ himself... The ones who had many chances to accept the truth of this, but would not, no matter how many chances they got, those ones were children of his enemy...

The tax collectors and the harlots are going in before you...

They should know their sin and level of depravity, especially in to today's day and age by now...

God Bless!

Yes, someone answer that please...?

Good question, especially if one knows the spirit of the law, that Jesus showed us some about...

Don't forget the word says to get angry but sin not. There is anger that is not sin. It is righteous indignation. Jesus certainly became angry many times, but did not sin.

You may be thinking you're sinning, when you aren't.
