Oops, I PMed you before I saw this. I actually loved the Toronto area myself. I could see myself moving there someday potentially. The only thing that would make me hesitant is all the immigration hooplah. I drove downtown one weekend going to a Jays game, and it was crazy but admittedly not so bad. When you are on the QEW, though, it is a flipping jungle lol. I saw angry people more regularly in Toronto than I do here haha. But I'm from Indiana, so most places are going to seem exciting by comparison, especially if they are near a large body of water.
They are all just mad after watching the Jays lose and prone to road rage :D

Well, just to set the record, I did not start thinking of moving North just because of Trump. I began pondering the call by the Spirit to go months before I even knew that guy was running for office. ^-^ .... It did provide further incentive, though, I won't deny that. =P

Fair enough :) ahahah

I genuinely feel sorry for my former co-workers from second shift. In terms of working overtime, everybody around the plant is feeling the hit from all of the extra work we've had to take on from the Irving location. But second shift especially is having to do 60 to 70 hours a week, whereas since going to first shift a few weeks ago I am only doing 45 to 50, which is still a lot but pales by comparison. I even began sending encouraging texts to Marina and Mayella some afternoons after getting home from work, knowing those two poor ladies still have likely 11 or 12 hours ahead of them until second shift can call it a day and get home to find precious few hours of sleep, before having to go back the next night and do 11 to 13 hours all over again. Five or six days a week. It's crazy. Of course, some people really like the extra hours because it nearly doubles their paycheck every week, but still, I for one prefer to have half a life outside of work. The money doesn't interest me that much. And I do pity those that may not have that luxury, working so much not out of choice but just to stay afloat financially.

I wish the aroma of freshly cut grass or uncooked coffee grinds could be bottled. MMmmm

Which reminds me of a time when I had asked the Lord to let me smell what The Bible calls the "sweet smelling aroma of those being saved" and "those who are perishing". I know this may sound crazy, but I kid you not. He's answered that prayer. Once when I was riding in the car with my mother, the smell of the latter started coming in thru the air vents. I thought I was seeing things at first and had to do a double take. But I could actually see the air like something was wrong with the car. The only way I can describe the smell of it was like a car giving off bad exhaust. It was terrible. (And by the way, nothing was wrong with the car at the time) I know this is a fact because the smells came again when I was walking around downtown one day. Most of the time it was the "aroma of the perishing" but every once in a while there would be a waft of a sweet smelling spice scent that would hit me. And I knew this was what Paul was talking about with the saved. All I can remember was that both scents were almost overbearing in their ways. But I'll never forget their distinctions. Okay I'm done. Now you can think I'm looney. I don't care.

See, I was about to give you three hugs and thoroughly enrich your life with the blessing of me, but since you were greedy, you get Ric Flair instead.
