God vs. Satan - if God is all-powerful, why does He not just kill Satan?

In the case of His timing for Satan’s demise, it has to be the best possible plan because it is God’s plan.

So Satan, the tempter exists until the full number of souls have been brought in.

Not sure I agree with the last sentence (could just be semantics, doesn't matter anyway) but I certainly agree with the rest. He has a function, God is using him... Satan is a tool.

The OP asks how long will Satan be allowed to continue. Scripture answers that question in the quoted Romans 11:25 and,

Revelation 6:10 They called out in a loud voice, “How long, Sovereign Lord, holy and true, until you judge the inhabitants of the earth and avenge our blood?” 11 Then each of them was given a white robe, and they were told to wait a little longer, until the full number of their fellow servants, their brothers and sisters, were killed just as they had been.

As there is no reproduction in heaven, Satan and all that goes with this age will continue until the full number of saints have come in. This is what we pray, "Thy kingdom come". Do you doubt that God knows each and every saint to be? That means God knows the full number of saints that need to be conceived in this world before this age will end. This is the big false teaching of the garden of Eden, that Adam and Eve were meant to live forever in the garden.

What are your Bible verses that support this?
I think I once did a thread on this, but here are some.

Acts 2:23 This man was handed over to you by God’s deliberate plan and foreknowledge; and you, with the help of wicked men, put him to death by nailing him to the cross.

1 Peter 1:20 He[Jesus] was chosen before the creation of the world, but was revealed in these last times for your sake.

Revelation 13:8 All inhabitants of the earth will worship the beast—all whose names have not been written in the Lamb’s book of life, the Lamb who was slain from the creation of the world.

Read many other scripture verses to see that what happens on this earth is according to God's plan. This includes the fall and the source of our redemption/salvation.

And then the obvious, you can't live forever and also reproduce forever, so I stated what Jesus said, there is no reproduction in heaven.

Add to this the false teaching that creation was perfect. If so, the next age would be just like the garden of Eden. Revelation describes many differences of the next age with creation as described in Genesis; we will dwell with God, live forever and there will be no tempter, hence no sin or suffering.

Satan and his angels will be thrown out of heaven at the time of the Great Tribulation as recorded in the following:

Rev.12:7 "Then war broke out in heaven. Michael and his angels fought against the dragon, and the dragon and his angels fought back. 8 But he was not strong enough, and they lost their place in heaven. 9 The great dragon was hurled down—that ancient serpent called the devil, or Satan, who leads the whole world astray. He was hurled to the earth, and his angels with him."

This is not about Adam or the garden. This is about Christ.

How can you answer a question with scripture not even about that topic.?

It seems you are confused. None of these support what you said about Adam and the garden.

I'll wait to see your verses about the question of Adam again.

It seems you are confused. Do I really have to explain to you that the reason Jesus died was for our redemption and salvation? Do I really have to explain to you that Adam and Eve sinned, bringing death to mankind. If it was God's plan before creation that Jesus would die for us, then that plan must include the fall which is the reason for Jesus' death.

Many misinterpret Revelation thinking every time they read "then" that it means what follows is a linear description of the passing of time and events in prophecies. The then separates different visions seen by John, that repeat a common theme.

If you doubt where Satan resides, then read Jesus' words.

Luke 10:18 He replied, “I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven.

And there is this.

Isaiah 14:12 How you have fallen from heaven, morning star, son of the dawn! You have been cast down to the earth, you who once laid low the nations!
