Looking at this old screenplay I first wrote in 2005. Every year or two I revise it a little, and each time I think it's as good as I can make it. Then, a year or two later, I find a dozen more things in it that I can improve. Now I know how George Lucas feels.

I wish that were us.

We had bad storms about 2 days ago, even a tornado about two counties away from me (about an hour away) and then yesterday we had sun, and now we're back to storms. Stormed all last night, then it's about to storm in a little while.

I ... I might have a date, however casual its intention, next weekend, to get to know the lady better who just joined my team in the lab a few weeks ago. Her name is Marina, a longtime friend of the other Hispanic girl I work with, Mayella. I finally asked Marina to hang out sometime, yesterday as I was leaving work and she came in (to which Mayella was quick to notice and play wingwoman by making an excuse to leave the room for the moment where we could be alone, thankfully), and she said yes. And then she just texted me that we should try for next weekend. :ahem:

But yes, she is unbelievably cute. Somehow 28 years old (don't worry, it wasn't I who asked a lady her age; I'm not that clueless ^_^

) and with the mousiest, most childlike appearance for a girl near my age.
