A little story. Being frightened of the world and people I am seccluded and isolated at home for some years now. I've came only to Christ in about less more than a year. I want to be unafraid (I literally shake in public) and want to have a job and people around me, but am freezed and paralized with fear.

So I ask if has anybody been delivered from a bad desperate situation? And can you tell about it? Like a miracle.

Thanks.

Apparently God hasn't been working on getting to confess and repent of your sins yet which is the reason you're in fear. If you don't hear God's voice speaking into your mind to get you to confess and repent of your sins, then you will have to wait until your body perishes which happens to all human beings. Only the spirit of man is saved within the Spirit of God on the day of the Lord so the body isn't our true created existence anyway. All your fears will go away at the time you experience the death of your body but don't worry, you will wake up in new bodies on a new earth and never again will you be in fear. That's because Satan and the beast will be destroyed on the day of the Lord and a new heaven and earth will appear. Here's the promise;

Isaiah 65
16: So that he who blesses himself in the land shall bless himself by the God of truth, and he who takes an oath in the land shall swear by the God of truth; because the former troubles are forgotten and are hid from my eyes.
17: "For behold, I create new heavens and a new earth; and the former things shall not be remembered or come into mind.
18: But be glad and rejoice for ever in that which I create; for behold, I create Jerusalem a rejoicing, and her people a joy.
19: I will rejoice in Jerusalem, and be glad in my people; no more shall be heard in it the sound of weeping and the cry of distress.

What has helped me with my worst anxiety is remembering who God is according to Matthew 6, and exercising that by patterning my prayers after the Lord's Prayer. I believe the Lord's Prayer is the pattern of prayer that Paul was referring to in Philippians 4:6. Personally, I can tell you that it works. When we are praising God for who he is and thanking him for what he has done, and give him our requests in light of that, it makes a lot of anxiety go away.

Maybe my repentance isn't true. Maybe it's just words comming out of my mouth? Maybe I'm just a wanna be believer? I don't feel truly repented because I feel I didn't do the things on purpose. What is true repentance mean? Just babbling doesn't work. I can't feel it. Am I without hope? Am I lost forever? What should I say if I think I don't commit sins on purpose? How can I be helped?

Dear friend,

Yes, it IS possible for you to be free, definitely. Those fears are not something that God is telling you or giving to you, so they can't be any part of your true nature. They're just the devil's lies, to try to get you to believe that you're outside of God's protection, out of His care and love.

Now that you know Christ, you know you are never alone. He is always with you, giving you the strength, calmness, courage and clarity you need in every situation. Keep turning to Him in prayer, even when the fear seems overwhelming — listen to Him and let Him tell you all that you truly need to know, wherever you go. Instead of letting fear control you, when you're in a different place or with other people around you, look for expressions of God's love and care in those people and in that place. Keep trusting Him to show you these things — and He will.

I was once crushingly shy and awkward and afraid of being in situations with people I didn't know; all that was healed, gradually and progressively, as I got to know our Lord better. I have also been freed a couple of times of intense panic attacks, when His love came through to me in a way I could understand and showed me there was nothing to fear. I know the same will be true for you, if you just trust Him with all your heart. My prayers are with you, brother. :glowingstar:

Don't worry about your body or the things of this world because they're going to be destroyed on the day of the Lord unless you experience the death of your body before that day. You were created as a spirit in the Spirit of God so you will never perish even though you visible body does.

You're trying to practice something you've read in the Bible but that's not how God works in His chosen elect. He chose only a few servants and some believers temporarily to have them testify to the knowledge of God called Christ so that we can learn how we're created in the Word of God, the Spirit. We also learn what will happen on the day of the Lord and how we will experience life after that day.

I am a servant of God who has the wisdom of Christ to know these things so I can tell you to not worry about yourself. Be patient and try enjoy anything that you do have that you like to do. Don't listen to these religious people who call themselves Jews, Muslims, Christians, Buddhists, etc. They do not know the difference between the spirit and the flesh so they will deceive you. They are of Satan and they all worship the beast that is written about in the books of Daniel and Revelation.

Since I am a servant, everything you're reading in this writing is directly from God. He will never forsake your created existence within Him, although all the bodies that you see in the world including your own body will perish.

God will bless you for eternity.

You think that fear is caused by not repenting of sins?

No, not the case. That's guilt-causaing ignorance of biology.

Fear is caused by psychological responses in an effort to keep the person away from danger. Some people just have their brains wired to have a more fired-up survival mechanism than others.

Does that mean that people can't overcome that fear? No, they just have to train their brain to not be afraid.

Does that means it's caused by sin, not repenting, demons, etc.? Absolutely not.

I can so relate, brother. In the past, I've experienced panic attacks, social anxiety, and just feeling overwhelmed when in a crowd or even with a few people. This was mostly, if not all, due to workplace bullying a couple years back for quite a long time and so..that obviously left its damage. Although I wasn't completely beyond repair. A couple months after I quit that job, I finally gave my life to Christ, but the effects still lingered for years after. Although I will say this: that during those 'years after', God has been so patient with me [as I've wept bitterly due to frustration of the after-effects[trust issues, anger, depression, anxiety ,etc] and unforgiveness at the time towards the bullies]. God has helped heal my heart, the pain of my past, has helped me to forgive, and has helped me with my REALLY bad anxiety which took a few years to be honest.

The only thing I suggest is to keep pressing into Him. Keep reading His Word-everyday. Keep praying even if it's the same prayer something to the effect of 'God, please help me with my anxiety/please heal me and give me the strength and courage and help me to be comfortable around people again'. I feel like God helped me to first get comfortable speaking with people on the phone- even if it's a telemarketer- just practice saying hello, no thanks, good bye, etc [something that was a bt nerve- wracking for me before]. Then after a couple weeks of that, try going out on drive-thrus and order something inexpensive and practice communicating with the person who takes your order and the cashier. Then once you're comfortable with that, try going into the restaurant/fast food/cafe/grocery store at a not so busy time and interact with the cashiers just by ordering something and saying hi, thank you, have a good day, etc.

I also recommend maybe checking out any clubs/groups in your local area where there are meetups involved such as knitting group, [specific] sports group/club, gardening club, biking, etc- whatever interests you. All the while, keep praying for God to help you through the process. Whatever happens, don't be discouraged. Don't feel 'weird' or that something's wrong with you. I know what isolation and depression and anxiety can do. I know how it feels to be terrified of going out even though I really wish I had people to hang out with and talk to. Don't be discouraged. Just acknowledge that for now, things may be 'socially awkward' but you're in a process and God is helping you through it if you let Him [by asking Him for His help, reading His Word, pressing into Him, singing etc]

Edit: Volunteering is also great not only for experience and helping you to become comfortable in social situations, but it looks good on your resume which can help you get a job into something you want to pursue. For example, volunteering at an animal shelter/rescue centre can help you in beoming a vet or a vet assistant or something animal related.

Fear is caused by not knowing how you're created. When God has us servants confess and repent of all our sins, what is happening is Satan and the beast are becoming powerless in our lives. Once they have become totally powerless over us, then we become God's servant who takes complete control of our mind and body to use to testify to His knowledge called Christ. Christ is the knowledge without Satan and the beast so all our testimonies are only in Christ.

Sinners cannot be used to testify to the knowledge of Christ because Satan and the beast have total control of them until unless God takes them through the process of confession and repentance which is called the justification process. The we become glorified which means God is in total control. Then He uses us to preach the gospel, which is His voice.

If that's the case, then every Christian who knows how they were created would never feel fear. That's not the case at all. Everyone feels fear at some point or another. In fact fear of hell is a fear that only theists have, not everyone.

Not one Christian has ever known how we're created. Not even the first saints of the first witness of the millennium reign of Christ knew exactly how we're created other than we came from an invisible realm. They learned that our visible flesh is not our true reality and that we were created from the thoughts of our Creator. It took another 1700 years between the first witness of the millennium reign of Christ until this second witness after the beast had taught human beings how to build computers, simulation programs and the AI and Voice systems we have today like Google Now, IBM Watson, Microsoft Cortana and Apple's Iphone siri. Now we know exactly what the voice of God is.

When I was working in health care I had patients who suffered from severe panic attacks and anxiety...at the time I worked to reacquaint them with having person to person chats, shopping, social gatherings etc.
Most if not all of them had experienced some sort of traumatic event or had been humiliated publicly by either their parents, teachers, peers or so called friends.
Perhaps you could look into finding an aide who can help you to make
that transition?

yes, i do know of someone who has been delivered from a bad desperate situation: you - you've been delivered from the baddest, most desperate situation you could be in - you've been delivered from eternal death in hell - and you did this simply by believing God; by taking Him at His word that Jesus paid for your transgressions, and that in your spirit you are a new creature - born again.

fear has it's roots in self-focus; and it's actually faith in the bad consequences of failure rather than faith in victory and it's good consequences - fear is faith in destruction rather than faith in salvation; fear is faith 'turned in the wrong direction'. the cure for fear is to become God-focused; faith is belief in His word, so the cure for your fear is to find out what God has given you and done for you as a reborn believer - this will make you love Him so much you'll go anywhere He leads to help others to know Him. study Romans, Ephesians, Hebrews, James - the letters to the churches will teach you what God HAS done for you, including delivering you from fear - if you'll focus on God and His promises to you as a reborn believer, your fear will 'turn' to faith
