What type of exercise did you do today?

One of my flaws is that I hate exercise, but I do several walks every day. I have lost 10 pounds. This coming from someone who is kind of lazy and hates to exercise.

That's awesome! 10 pounds is alot! Keep it up!

We are all flawed. If we weren't, we wouldn't need to exercise.

Took the dogs for a couple walks, 3-4 miles total
Spent all day wrestling & lifting dogs (im a dog groomer) most of who weighed 80-90lbs today. (yeah... this job is very physically demanding)
Carried car tires up the hill so I could roll them down for the dogs to chase...rinse...repeat...

Same here, but I lifted boxes, and cases of car parts at work for about 8 hours. I worked out my legs, having to squat and lift for some of the much heavier parts. My work is basically a gym... material handling, so great.... so great....

I just want to follow up on this.
So, I am definitely gaining muscle, but I think the one thing I'm missing is cardio. I think I should be running more often.

I love Hasfit on Youtube. I am doing the 90-day Hero program. Only on day 3 but it totally rocks!!! The workout on day 1 was so hard but really did the trick.

I do Kundalini and Serpent Yoga. I'm interested in and learning Qi Gong and Martial Arts

I ran/walked 6 miles this morning.

Impressive - work those calves

Today is "rest" day for me. Will be doing a low cardio workout because I overworked my muscles with weights yesterday. Still gotta keep them moving!

Hasfit again for me, the 90-day Hero program

Today was arms, chest and back day with weights. Tomorrow will be legs and butt day along with a full day of yard work!

Yesterday we had an all-day meeting where we danced around the issues, jumped to conclusions, but ultimately hammered out the solutions. Exhausting.

OK old dumb jokes aside....been trying to get into the walking thing. Not "power walks" but brisk. Now if it would just stop raining - sigh.

I walk about 4 hours a day at work so I don't need to exercise outside of that.

Hot shower to loosen up then bench press with 50 pound barbell. Add squats and dead lifts next month.

I took a week off from running after my Disney weekend. Started back up today. 6.1 miles done before sunrise!

Day off, did two sets of 12 ounce curls.

Cut about 1/4 acre of yard with a push mower. I do this about once a week.

1/4 acre? wimp!

Aaaah... hey! I have done the entire acre which takes about 4 hours but hubby feels left out when I go onto his 'territory'. So yeah, I can do more!
