The Word-of-Faith new age movement is simply the pagan "Law of Attraction" masquerading under a different name. Occultists and Wiccan's use this phliosophy, something we would know if believer's would stop belittling and rejecting knowledge (Hosea 4:6, Proverbs 1:22). I'm telling you, the modern Church culture is drifting off into deeper and deeper heresies. It's advisable to know what you're teaching, and study the Word to see through the spiritual stupor. I want to see people seeking after Spirit, not Flesh. Hint: Gnosticism is Flesh, not Spirit.

Law of Attraction: A New Age Practice in the Modern Christian Church

Praise God for life and peace in the Spirit.

Solitary people often have a very high degree of emotional intelligence. Shrewd as serpents, harmless as doves?

"Emotional intelligence is the ability to identify and manage your own emotions and the emotions of others. It is generally said to include three skills: emotional awareness; the ability to harness emotions and apply them to tasks like thinking and problem solving; and the ability to manage emotions, which includes regulating your own emotions and cheering up or calming down other people"

The Sneetches Mind of the Flesh gets renewed into the Mind of the Spirit. A brilliant lesson by Dr. Seuss on the folly of favoritism (James 2:1-13).

"No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon: Matthew 6:24 (KJV).

It's still not biblical to pronounce sanctification as inconsequential, on the premise of the Dual Imputation Theology. (Matthew 5:21-26, James 4:8, 1 Peter 3:7, Proverbs 15:29, Proverbs 15:8, John 9:31, Psalm 145:18). Why is this? It's because the heart/mind need to be pure and devoted to the Lord in Truth. The state of heart/mind does not limit the Lord's ability to work signs, wonders, miracles. Spiritual happenings should never be used as a benchmark for measuring whether or not you're on the straight and narrow. Only the Word.

You can be a heroin addict and heal the sick with enough faith. So what's separating you from the world? It is a matter of moral obligation and thankfulness that we worship in Spirit and Truth. Equating everyone on the basis of the 'easy believism' theology is simply not true. The mind/heart are important to assess from time to time. Some of these spiritual gurus are still not quite getting the message that Romans 6:11 and Ephesians 2:8-9 are still not a sufficient foundation for building an entire doctrine of teaching.

"After removing Saul, He raised up David as their king and testified about him: ‘I have found David son of Jesse a man after My own heart; he will carry out My will in its entirety.’" Acts 13:22

INTERFAITH is NOT the gospel. This NEW AGE RUBBISH is NOT the gospel. Only the gospel of JESUS CHRIST counts for everything. Don't slip and fall off the straight and narrow. Even now the Beast's Kingdom is plotting some nasty deception of great intrigue. It will be the mother of all false religions that knows only doctrines of men to create peace through One World Religion while making the true Christers become the terrorists. It will also emphasize 'love' while opposing the reconciliation of man to God, through love and truth in Christ Jesus. See how many ways Satan can masquerade as an angel of light. There is more than one. Make disciples of God's Truth in love, not gullible followers easily swayed by every wind of teaching.

Christ did not come to bring world peace through His first coming. Some of the happy-go-lucky preachers have forgotten that some of the darker prophecies have not yet been fulfilled, namely the fiery trial that will test the believer's faith. I hope we have not become so soft, we fail the test at the appointed time. Some of the lukewarm will get the easy way that they so desperately crave, and all the technology and mammon that comes with it. There's plenty of that in the Beast's Kingdom, they need never go hungry again. According to my Bible, you can't serve both God AND mammon. I must not be using the newest and most up-to-date translation. The newer translations tend to leave out some very pertinent information.

This is excellent. Prophetic edification is so much deeper than 1 Corinthians 14:3 (edification, encouragement, comfort). Some of the more discerning believers will not accept just any encouraging word. They will test them thoroughly to the Word and discern the motives/tendencies of the speaker as well. The human spirit does not control the Holy Spirit! It's the other way around. This article digs a little deeper as to what this means. Prophetic Edification vs Manipulation.

21 Clear-Cut Contrasts Between Prophetic Edification and Manipulation

"A little leaven [a slight inclination to error, or a few false teachers] leavens the whole batch [it perverts the concept of faith and misleads the church]." Galatians 5:9 AMP

This verse can apply to all roots (dereliction?). It's not simply limited to the leaven of the Pharisees or the 'religious' spirit. Not everything has to be in exact Scriptural context in order to be True. See how Galatians 5:9 applies directly to 2 Timothy 2:16-18.

"But AVOID all IRREVERENT BABBLE and godLESS CHATTER [with its profane, empty words], for it WILL LEAD to FURTHER UNgodliness, and their teaching WILL SPREAD like GANGRENE. So it IS with Hymenaeus and Philetus, who have DEVIATED from the TRUTH. They CLAIM that the RESURRECTION has ALREADY TAKEN PLACE, and they UNDERMINE the FAITH of SOME." 2 Tim. 2:16-18 AMP

The Father's Heart. This is the Word and Spirit!

Speak the Truth, brother Abdoul! Thank you for this. Not every believer treasures the Word in its entirety, Praise God. (Matthew 7:13-23, Isaiah 35, Luke 13:22-30, Luke 13:1-5, 1 Peter 4:12-19).

Yeshua Christ Forbids Sectarianism. Sectarianism within the Church is a heresy. Lots of famous false teacher's/prophets promoting heresies and factions for self-gain, rather than advancing the kingdom of God will be accountable for that in the Great Day (Galatians 5:19-21 AMP, 1 Corinthians 3:10-15 AMP, Revelations 21:1-8 AMP), when they realize (too little, too late) they've been persecuting their own brethren, who uphold the Truth of the Word. Some believers think the Word is playing games with these Truths, and conveniently ignore them (1 Peter 4:18-19 AMP).

"John replied, “Master, we saw someone driving out demons in Your name; and we tried to stop him because he does not follow along with us.” But Jesus told him, “Do not stop him; for he who is not against you is for you.” Luke 9:49-50 AMP

"For this is the message which you [believers] have heard from the beginning [of your relationship with Christ], that we should [unselfishly] love and seek the best for one another; and not be like Cain, who was of the evil one and murdered his brother [Abel]. And why did he murder him? Because Cain’s deeds were evil, and his brother’s were righteous.

Do not be surprised, believers, if the world hates you. We know that we have passed out of death into Life, because we love the brothers and sisters. He who does not love remains in [spiritual] death. Everyone who hates (works against) his brother [in Christ] is [at heart] a murderer [by God’s standards]; and you know that no murderer has eternal life abiding in him." 1 John 3:11-15 AMP

You really can't trump the justice of God. The Word does not return to Him void. Isaiah 55:11.

Many of the first, will in fact be last, and the last, will in fact, be first. Matthew 19:16-30, Matthew 20:1-16.

Jesus Christ is the bread of life through the spoken Word (John 6:22-71, Matthew 4:4, 2 Timothy 3:16, John 1:1-18, John 12:37-50).

"Do not allow what you consider good, then, to be spoken of as evil. For the kingdom of God is not a matter of eating and drinking, but of righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit. For whoever serves Christ in this way is pleasing to God and approved by men." Romans 14:16-18.

True Spiritual AND Physical nourishment Matthew 22:1-14 (The Parable of the Wedding Banquet). Many called, few chosen. Many were invited, many rejected the invitation.

"Who then is the faithful and wise servant, whom the master has put in charge of his household, to give the others their food at the proper time? Blessed is that servant whose master returns and finds him doing his job. Truly I tell you, he will put him in charge of all his possessions.

But SUPPOSE that SERVANT is WICKED and SAYS in his HEART, ‘My master will be away a long time.’ And he begins to BEAT his FELLOW SERVANTS and to eat and drink with drunkards. The master of that servant will come on a day he does not anticipate and at an hour he does not expect. Then he will cut him to pieces and assign him a place with the hypocrites, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth." Matthew 24:45-51

"When the Son of Man comes in His glory, and all the holy angels with Him, then He will sit on the throne of His glory. All the nations will be gathered before Him, and He will separate them one from another, as a shepherd divides his sheep from the goats. And He will set the sheep on His right hand, but the goats on the left. Then the King will say to those on His right hand, ‘Come, you blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world: for I was hungry and you gave Me food; I was thirsty and you gave Me drink; I was a stranger and you took Me in; I was naked and you clothed Me; I was sick and you visited Me; I was in prison and you came to Me.’

“Then THE RIGHTEOUS will answer Him, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see You hungry and feed You, or thirsty and give You drink? When did we see You a stranger and take You in, or naked and clothe You? Stop with this imputed righteousness nonsense, and produce fruit worthy of repentance (Matthew 3:7-12). Some of these believer's are ignorant of God and WILLFULLY IGNORE His Truths.

inappropriate content and masturbation are merely tools of the enemy to keep our eyes off of Jesus Christ. When you overpower the sexual lust of the sin nature by the POWER of the HOLY SPIRIT, you will find it incredibly easy to have healthy, pure, and natural loving interactions with all manner of women. Be careful that they don't get the wrong idea, women get lonely too! Set clear boundaries and keep everything pure and undefiled until you have a serious vested interest in intimate relationship. Don't be that person looking for relationships in the wrong place, at the wrong time! Press in to the POWER of GOD. Don't be discouraged, with man it is impossible, but with God, ALL THINGS are possible.

"But understand this, that in the last days dangerous times [of great stress and trouble] will come [difficult days that will be hard to bear]. For people will be lovers of self [narcissistic, self-focused], lovers of money [impelled by greed], boastful, arrogant, revilers, disobedient to parents, ungrateful, unholy and profane, [and they will be] unloving [devoid of natural human affection, calloused and inhumane], irreconcilable, malicious gossips, devoid of self-control [intemperate, immoral], brutal, haters of good, traitors, reckless, conceited, lovers of [sensual] pleasure rather than lovers of God, holding to a form of [outward] godliness (religion), although they have denied its power [for their conduct nullifies their claim of faith]. Avoid such people and keep far away from them. For among them are those who worm their way into homes and captivate morally weak and spiritually-dwarfed women weighed down by [the burden of their] sins, easily swayed by various impulses, always learning and listening to anybody who will teach them, but never able to come to the knowledge of the truth. Just as Jannes and Jambres [the court magicians of Egypt] opposed Moses, so these men also oppose the truth, men of depraved mind, unqualified and worthless [as teachers] in regard to the faith. But they will not get very far, for their meaningless nonsense and ignorance will become obvious to everyone, as was that of Jannes and Jambres." 2 Timothy 3:1-9

Secular knowledge, secular wisdom, and secular relationships with the secular world will conform you into a secular religion that is founded on a mound of lies. This is why the Word warns us not to be chummy with the secular world, over and over it warns us (James 4:1-6, Matthew 6:24, John 15:19, 1 Corinthians 1:21, 1 John 2:15, James 1:27). We are to be transformed by the renewing of our mind (Romans 12:1-3). The reality is that people are scared of persecution of their ministry, so they compromise the gospel for a bigger and bigger audience, until anything goes. These big name false teachers/prophets are dominated by Mammon.

Interfaith, mixing in of other religions/beliefs, and new-age beliefs are from the Anti-Christ. It is a very slippery slope, accepting even the smallest bits of false doctrine. Salvation is in no other gospel except the Gospel of Jesus Christ, the Word. There is one Gospel, everything outside of the Word in regard to the Ecclesia (The body of Christ) is a damnable heresy. There is no defilement in His Body. Let's accept the promise of eternal salvation with the full assurance of faith in the message of Christ Jesus alone.

"He that is not with me is against me; and he that gathereth not with me scattereth abroad." Matthew 12:30

"“Assuredly, I say to you, all sins will be forgiven the sons of men, and whatever blasphemies they may utter; but he who blasphemes against the Holy Spirit never has forgiveness, but is subject to eternal condemnation”—because they said, “He has an unclean spirit.” Mark 3:28-30

"And he said to them all, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me. For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: but whosoever will lose his life for my sake, the same shall save it. For what is a man advantaged, if he gain the whole world, and lose himself, or be cast away? For whosoever shall be ashamed of me and of my words, of him shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he shall come in his own glory, and in his Father's, and of the holy angels.
