Is suicide better than taking the mark of the beast...?

What I mean is your eternally, "eternally" condemned if you take the mark of the beast, but, no one can buy or sell and would pretty much considered an outcast and life could be very, very difficult if you refuse to be a part of new world order/world system...

You might be greatly persecuted, even hunted down by them, near the end...

I think I would rather commit suicide than either choice, but there is something to be said for those greater than I refusing it and living their very hard life to the bitter end...

I don't know if I could do it, but I don't want to take the mark...

God Bless!

I don't think so. if suicide and taking the mark are your two options (we are putting martyrdom aside) then you would probably be better off taking the mark.
I'm not saying you would be ok. I'm saying that if you take the mark, you still have a chance to come to your senses and repent.
If you commit suicide... that's it. it's over.

Consider the story of Judas. If he had not committed suicide, he might still have been able to seek the forgiveness of Christ. But because he did it, there was no forgiveness for him. not for his apostasy, and not for his suicide.

Both choices are capitulation so neither should be acceptable. Christ said his followers would be persecuted and killed, but those who endure to the end will be saved. Suicide is the easy way out and is a sin against God. It is better to resist the enemies of God until Christ's rule on Earth is established or until death, whichever comes first.

Rest my case, I think...?

I will try to make a vow or a promise that I will never do "that" and suffer the consequences and endure till the end...

Peace,

God Bless!

You know, I kinda like that answer, strangely comforting to me... Is that strange...?

Peace,

God Bless!

Not at all, we will go singing to our death which will glorify God!

And the Truth will be witnessed.

Somebody claimed to have a dream about people who refuse the mark being taken to jail for "repentance", they were beaten and their eyes drilled and then put in the jail for "awareness".
After a while they are taken again from the jail to see if any progress made, if they still refuse the mark they shall go to the guillotines.

Let me ask you are these 'TAKEN' people still subject to be captured and jailed :
Matt 24:40 "Then there will be two men in the field; one will be taken and one will be left
Two women will be grinding with a hand mill; one will be taken and the other left.

May Jesus bless you all HalleluYAH

It happened to many during the Inquisitions.

I believe God will protect us from too much pain during the insidious torture methods a man or demon can contemplate.

It is for His Glory we go and suffer for Him.

Yeah this ^
If you believe in Christ, you won't have to worry about that, they'll just kill you.

If one isn't ready when he comes back, He has no other choice but to leave him/her.
Standing in their faith during the great tribulation is their second chance.

First you have to know what "the mark" IS.

Prophesy is murky territory.
Trust God and all will turn
out fine, live or die.

I happen to believe the mark on the hand and forehand to be symbolic........and many of us have taken it already. Would be a good tactic of the devil to get us to believe it is physical so that we wont know that we have it already. If you believe the beast mark to be physical......What do you think the God's mark would look like?...as it is stated that people will have His mark on their head and hands as well.....
