Humanity is NOT doing way better SPIRITUALLY. Christ-following is decreasing. Who is in control of the "world"??

Do you believe in satan + demons....evil spirit beings?
Do you believe they are at work in this world/cosmos?

I do not care to think on evil, demons, and Satan. Far better, I find, for one's mental health, and spiritual well-being, to consider the good, and saints, and angels, and God. As for following Christ decreasing, well, I hesitate to mention it, but your kind of pessimism, if typical, may just be the reason.

As for who is in control of the world; God or Satan, well, that is surely down to us, and the degree to which we let God, or Satan, work through us, which is the degree to which we are ethical and moral, or otherwise.

Best wishes, Strivax.

NOT PESSIMISM...reality! The Bible is not PESSIMISTIC
=>ABSOLUTE SPIRITUAL TRUTH!

According to Jenkins, the percentage of the worlds population that is, at least by NAME, Christians will be roughly the same in 2050 as it was in 1900. By the middle of this century, there will be ~three billion Christians in the world -- one and a half times the
number of Muslims? In fact, by 2050 there will be nearly as many Pentecostal Christians (BY NAME) in the world as there are Muslims today.

How Christianity is Growing Around the World

Christianity is on the decline in America, not just among younger generations or in certain regions of the country but across race, gender, education and geographic barriers. The percentage of adults who describe themselves as Christians dropped by nearly eight percentage points in just seven years to about 71 percent, according to a survey conducted by the Pew Research Center.

Christianity faces sharp decline as Americans are becoming even less affiliated with religion

The number of Americans who identify as Christian has fallen nearly eight percentage points in only seven years, according to a new survey. Pew Research Center found that 71% of Americans identified as Christian in 2014 - down from 78% in 2007.
In the same period, Americans identifying as having no religion grew from 16% to 23%.
Fifty-six million Americans do not observe any religion, the second largest community after Evangelicals.
The United States still remains home to more Christians than any other nation, with roughly seven-in-ten continuing to IDENTIFY WITH some branch of Christianity.

No one knows the "saved" status of another. Only God Knows!

What percent of the above are truly born again from above Christ-followers?
