Trump will not lose any support among the pro-life people over this.
As for the pro-choice people, their support was not his to lose in the first place.
PP, the major abortion provider of abortion in the US, does not deserve the support of any Christian who sees abortion as the evil it is.
Planned Parenthood committed 6% of the fetuscides in the US in 2015. While as a single provider, your'e likely correct, however, that 6% was only 2.7% of their overall services provided.
Contraception and cancer screening and treatment dominated their agenda at nearly 70% combined.

You do know the whole "Planned Parenthood does abortions using tax dollars!!" isn't true, right?
tulc(is just checking)
Your naivete is astounding tulc. If a company who does abortions gets federal money that money is going to a company who does abortions. Maybe that money is not going directly to fund abortions, but it supports a company who does abortions. If we pulled the money from PP they would have less money correct? Would they still have enough to do all the abortions they do now? Would other parts of the program suffer? Of course they would. PP can do the abortions they do because we are funding other parts of their program so they can use the money they would have to use for that to fund the abortions. It's a shell game and you are either naive or you know that and are just playing the game.

Why oh why are we giving money to PP anyway? Isn't that a private organization? We do WAY to much giving to private businesses. I don't really care if it's PP or Oil Companies. It's the problem with this government and our taxes. We are funding far too many private companies.

...so none of the money Planned Parenthood receives from the government is actually used for abortions but that doesn't matter. because they're Planned Parenthood, so they shouldn't get any money?
tulc(has been called a lot of things over the years here on CF but this is the first time he's been called "naive"!) :D

Wow...looks like someone thinks their point is so right they posted it 3 times. :D
Tax money can't be used to fund abortions, it's a law. If you can prove otherwise, present the evidence to the authorities and let the courts take it from there. I'm not interested in ranting vids or talking heads playing to their base with ideas or speculation. What I know is: lots of lower income women who get health care through Planned Parenthood wont be getting it because Republicans are "so pro-life" that Republican politicians ringing the "anti-abortion bell" so they can defund another program that doesn't put money in some rich guys wallet .They'd rather those women suffer and die rather then help them. Welcome to why I left the Republican Party in the first place.
tulc(is going to need some more coffee soon) :sigh:
tulc please do not refer to these folk as being pro-life. Many may be harshly opposed to abortion but they approve of war and of capital punishment. Neither of those is pro-life.

What PP is up to was exposed as filthy evil, trading in fetal body tissue like so much snot.

But maybe your right. It is just a statistic and God will no doubt understand how trivial that a human life is, when reduced to numbers like that.

I woke this morning to read the above (Fake News) post.

Honestly tulc -- kind of disappointed -- but -- not too surprised.

Except the post I was quoting also said none of the money gotten from the government was used to perform abortions. It's not fake news just because you don't like the truth.
tulc(is learning to live with how many posters on CF appear to be disappointed with him) :sorry:

And that seems to be the core issue. If we stop paying Planned Parenthood for these services, we must also stop paying all other private providers for providing the same service.

Except none of that ever happened, and the liars who spread the falsehoods have just been indicted on 15 felony counts.

I don't want one dime out of tax payers monies (especially mine) paying them for their wretched services!
I know how damaging abortions have left some poor souls!
Actually went to an abortion recovery group -- it's a sad thing!

man...it's too bad the Republican Party isn't pro-life, they could make a real difference in a lot of peoples lives if they were. I also would like for my taxes to not be used for a lot of things they're used for, giving affordable health care to women who couldn't get it other wise hardly seems like a bad thing. :sorry:
tulc(not one penny for a worthless wall would be one of those things)

Except we don't pay them for abortions. That part was already mentioned up-thread. They are, like any medical provider, paid through medicaid for medical services, mostly but not exclusively reproductive medicine.
