"And in the latter time of their kingdom,
When the transgressors have reached their fullness,
A king shall arise,
Having fierce features,
Who understands sinister schemes.
His power shall be mighty, but not by his own power;
He shall destroy fearfully,
And shall prosper and thrive;
He shall destroy the mighty, and also the holy people.
“Through his cunning
He shall cause deceit to prosper under his rule;
And he shall exalt himself in his heart.
He shall destroy many in their prosperity.
He shall even rise against the Prince of princes (Jesus);
But he shall be broken without human means.
“And the vision of the evenings and mornings
Which was told is true;
Therefore seal up the vision,
For it refers to many days in the future.”” Daniel 8:23-26

"But concerning the times and the seasons, brethren, you have no need that I should write to you. For you yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so comes as a thief in the night. For when they say, “Peace and safety!” then sudden destruction comes upon them, as labor pains upon a pregnant woman. And they shall not escape. But you, brethren, are not in darkness, so that this Day should overtake you as a thief. You are all sons of light and sons of the day. We are not of the night nor of darkness. Therefore let us not sleep, as others do, but let us watch and be sober. For those who sleep, sleep at night, and those who get drunk are drunk at night. But let us who are of the day be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love, and as a helmet the hope of salvation. For God did not appoint us to wrath, but to obtain salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ, who died for us, that whether we wake or sleep, we should live together with Him.

Therefore comfort each other and edify one another, just as you also are doing." 1 Thessalonians 5:1-11

"Jesus looked at them and said, "With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible." Matthew 19:26 Somewhere in the world there's a Charismatic new-age nugget who's going to use THIS verse to justify this artificial procreation. Yeah, I just need to renew my mind to the 'higher form' to see this 'deep truth' (sarcasm) Stay in the Bible kids.

Why does this passage make reference to condemnation when it refers to a convert (believer)? I'm not sold on the OSAS silliness....people either ignore the scriptures on apostasy or the false teachers/prophets lazily explain them away in order to 'clear' their own name. People actually believe this stuff, it's concerning.

"He must not be a recent convert, or he may become puffed up with conceit and fall into the condemnation of the devil. Moreover, he must be well thought of by outsiders, so that he may not fall into disgrace, into a snare of the devil." 1 Timothy 3:6-7

#LOVE #TRUTH It is clear that we need to be intimately acquainted with the Lord Jesus in loving relationship, not just works/faith/works of faith when it's convenient for our secular agendas (Schools of mysticism, prosperity gospels, public image). Do you KNOW HIM or know OF Him? It is a good question to ponder.

"He must not be a recent convert, or he may become puffed up with conceit and fall into the condemnation of the devil. Moreover, he must be well thought of by outsiders, so that he may not fall into disgrace, into a snare of the devil." 1 Timothy 3:6-7

"I was overjoyed to find some of your children walking in the truth, just as the Father has commanded us. And now I urge you, dear lady—not as a new commandment to you, but one we have had from the beginning—that we love one another. And this is love, that we walk according to His commandments. This is the very commandment you have heard from the beginning, that you must walk in love.

By this we can be sure that we have come to know Him: if we keep His commandments. If anyone says, “I know Him,” but does not keep His commandments, he is a liar, and the truth is not in him. But if anyone keeps His word, the love of God has been truly perfected in him. By this we know that we are in Him: Whoever claims to abide in Him must walk as Jesus walked.

For many deceivers have gone out into the world, refusing to confess the coming of Jesus Christ in the flesh. Any such person is the deceiver and the antichrist. Watch yourselves, so that you do not lose what we have worked for, that you may be fully rewarded. Anyone who runs ahead without remaining in the teaching of Christ does not have God. Whoever remains in His teaching has both the Father and the Son.

If anyone comes to you but does not bring this teaching, do not receive him into your home or even greet him. Whoever greets such a person shares in his evil deeds." 1 John 1:4-11

"And He went through the cities and villages, teaching, and journeying toward Jerusalem. Then one said to Him, “Lord, are there few who are saved?”

And He said to them, “Strive to enter through the narrow gate, for many, I say to you, will seek to enter and will not be able. When once the Master of the house has risen up and shut the door, and you begin to stand outside and knock at the door, saying, ‘Lord, Lord, open for us,’ and He will answer and say to you, ‘I do not know you, where you are from,’ then you will begin to say, ‘We ate and drank in Your presence, and You taught in our streets.’ But He will say, ‘I tell you I do not know you, where you are from. Depart from Me, all you workers of iniquity.’ There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth, when you see Abraham and Isaac and Jacob and all the prophets in the kingdom of God, and yourselves thrust out. They will come from the east and the west, from the north and the south, and sit down in the kingdom of God. And indeed there are last who will be first, and there are first who will be last.” Luke 13:22-30

When we talk about our imperfections/quirks it leads to some fascinating conversations. When you become comfortable with who you are, your life will change for the better I promise. As your life changes, you suddenly began to realise all of the worldly habits tend to disappear into nothingness. I was just musing on what repentance involves.

There's a big difference between living at peace with false prophets/teachers and welcoming all of them into the Body of Christ in the name of 'love'. If you want world peace, join the Luciferian Illuminati. What does it mean to be spiritually dead? There's only ONE Jesus!

"Son of man, prophesy against the shepherds of Israel; prophesy and say to them: 'This is what the Sovereign LORD says: Woe to you shepherds of Israel who only take care of yourselves! Should not shepherds take care of the flock?" Ezekiel 34:2

"To the angel of the church in Sardis write:

These are the words of the One who has the sevenfold Spirit of God and the seven stars.

I know your deeds; you have a reputation for being alive, yet you are dead. Wake up and strengthen what remains, which was about to die; for I have found your deeds incomplete in the sight of My God. Remember, then, what you have received and heard. Keep it and repent. If you do not wake up, I will come like a thief, and you will not know the hour when I will come upon you.

But you do have a few people in Sardis who have not soiled their garments, and because they are worthy, they will walk with Me in white. Like them, the one who is victorious will be clothed in white garments. And I will never blot out his name from the book of life, but I will confess his name before My Father and His angels.

He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches" Revelations 3:1-6

"Fornication and lust lead to rash decisions/regret.
Celibacy/Faith leads to TRUTH and unveils lies."

"His disciples said to Him, “If this is the case between a man and his wife, it is better not to marry.”

“Not everyone can accept this word,” Jesus answered, “but only those to whom it has been given. For there are eunuchs who were born that way; others were made that way by men; and still others live like eunuchs for the sake of the kingdom of heaven. The one who can accept this should accept it.” Matthew 19: (1)10-12 (Jesus on divorce)

Compare with 1 Corinthians 7 (Paul on relationships/marriage/divorce).

"If the world hates you, you know that it hated Me before it hated you. If you were of the world, the world would love its own. Yet because you are not of the world, but I chose you out of the world, therefore the world hates you. Remember the word that I said to you, ‘A servant is not greater than his master.’ If they persecuted Me, they will also persecute you. If they kept My word, they will keep yours also. But all these things they will do to you for My name’s sake, because they do not know Him who sent Me. If I had not come and spoken to them, they would have no sin, but now they have no excuse for their sin. He who hates Me hates My Father also. If I had not done among them the works which no one else did, they would have no sin; but now they have seen and also hated both Me and My Father. But this happened that the word might be fulfilled which is written in THIER LAW (Psalm 69), ‘They hated Me without a cause.’" John 15:18-25

"Lord, how long will You look on?
Rescue me from their destructions,
My precious life from the lions.
I will give You thanks in the great assembly;
I will praise You among many people.
Let them not rejoice over me who are wrongfully my enemies;
Nor let them wink with the eye who hate me without a cause.
For they do not speak peace,
But they devise deceitful matters
Against the quiet ones in the land.
They also opened their mouth wide against me,
And said, “Aha, aha!
Our eyes have seen it.”
This You have seen, O Lord;
Do not keep silence.
O Lord, do not be far from me.
Stir up Yourself, and awake to my vindication,
To my cause, my God and my Lord.
Vindicate me, O Lord my God, according to Your righteousness;
And let them not rejoice over me.
Let them not say in their hearts, “Ah, so we would have it!”
Let them not say, “We have swallowed him up.”
Let them be ashamed and brought to mutual confusion
Who rejoice at my hurt;
Let them be clothed with shame and dishonor
Who exalt themselves against me.
Let them shout for joy and be glad,
Who favor my righteous cause;
And let them say continually,
“Let the Lord be magnified,
Who has pleasure in the prosperity of His servant.”
And my tongue shall speak of Your righteousness
And of Your praise all the day long." Psalm 35:17-38

The Parable of the Prodigal Son (Luke 15:11-24) Is an illustration of the repentance (turning away from sin) message. This is also briefly summarized in James 4:7-10. Humility cures worldliness. That's pure religion before God the Father (James 1:27). The ministry of reconciliation (2 Corinthians 5:16-21).

Every word Jesus spoke was True, otherwise it wouldn't be True, and His sacrifice wasn't perfect. This means we should believe all of it, not just a few choice Scriptures. Grace is the way to accepting all of the Truth. Some things He spoke to the Jews, others He spoke to ALL people (Truly, Truly- the Amen, faithful and True- Revelations). We should be studying in context and rightly dividing the Word. Some 'strange' doctrines are birthed if we don't!

I think a lot of men are culturally expected to become women after marriage through socially acceptable marital emasculation. Let me know how that works out for you in the end, with the wife being the head of the family.
1f602.png
(Ephesians 5:21-32, Proverbs 21:19). Is it good or is it God?
1f609.png
;) A man that is not head of the family, is that one a man? Some fruit for thought.

"No matter how 'spiritual' you get, prayer/communion is always relevant for direction and counsel. It's best not to act presumptuously, even if you have the authority to do so. Take a lesson from King David. Talk to God and wait patiently for an answer.

"Trust in the LORD with all your heart
And do not lean on your own understanding.

In all your ways acknowledge Him,
And He will make your paths straight." Proverbs 3:5-6

"Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know.'" Jeremiah 33:3
