In Matthew chapter 21 Christ reveals that the Son is the heir to the land, instead of those who reject Him as the "chief cornerstone". He paid for it with His Blood. He owns the whole planet.

Earthly Jerusalem is not my home. Paul reveals this in Galatians chapter 4.
My home is the New Jerusalem found in Hebrews 11:16.

Sorry, you're a posttribber and posttribbers are not looking for a rapture to heaven. Your theology teaches a rapture into mid air followed by a U-turn in the clouds and falling back down to earth over Jerusalem, the earthly Jerusalem, not the heavenly one.

Based on 2 Peter chapter 3, Christ is bringing the New Jerusalem with Him when He returns.

2Pe 3:10　 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night, in which the heavens will pass away with a great noise, and the elements will melt with fervent heat; both the earth and the works that are in it will be burned up.　
2Pe 3:11　 Therefore, since all these things will be dissolved, what manner of persons ought you to be in holy conduct and godliness,

Peter said above that we (Christians) are to look for a New Heavens and a New Earth.
Therefore, that is what I am looking for.

When he descends all the way to the earth and His heel touches the Mount of Olives the earthquake that is produced will begin a chain reaction which is going to burn up this rotten, sin-cursed world and along with it those who do not belong to Him.

This world is going to burn and be dissolved, just as Peter said.

We will be like the three Hebrew men in the fire standing along with the fourth man.

Don't forget, these are "witnesses." The choice has nothing to do with not seeing death. Moses represented the law, and Elijah represented the prophets, and why God chose them to be present on the Mount of Transfiguration. God said, "choose Him" meaning His Son, who fulfilled the law and prophets.

In the last days, the same will be true for national Israel. They have to choose His Son.

Nope. Describing the 12,000 witnesses of each of the 12 tribes of Israel. They too will be gathered up and into THE ONE HOUSE/ONE FLOCK of GOD
