Welcome to the CF boards Russ, here's wishing an interesting and productive visit. This should be obvious but just the same, in dealing with questions like that prayer helps. That said, I heard a bit of advice that stuck with me. If you can be happy doing anything other then ministry do that. On the other hand, all mature ministers are called to some kind of ministry. Jesus Christ is building a church, what do you think you can contribute to this project? Just food for thought and if there is anything I can do to help you navigate the board or find someplace to find an interesting discussion on the subject just drop me a PM.
