The Magnitude of the End of the Age

How can any serious bible prophecy student forget the magnitude of the end times?


So many calamities by way of judgement will take place in a short period of time for forgetting Yahshua teachings

Most people have no conception of the worldwide devastation that will be caused by the hit upon the earth by the Lord’s fiery Day of vengeance and wrath. Isaiah 29:6 What is prophesied will be so shocking, so terrifying, that it is impossible for us to really comprehend and only when it happens, will we realize the full extent of the damage done to the world and our modern infrastructure.

There has never been a comparable natural disaster in recorded history. The nearest to it may be the continuous winters of 1883-87, caused by the ash clouds from Krakatoa, or some recent tsunamis. Only Noah’s flood really compares, but fortunately this time we have God’s promise to never again destroy man and animals so extensively. Genesis 9:16 Many people will die, Jeremiah 25:33, Isaiah 34:3, but most will survive.
As the survivors come out from under whatever shelter they have found, Isaiah 2:21, Revelation 6:15, there will be little, if any light for weeks or months. Amos 5:20, Zephaniah 1:15 Most buildings will be destroyed by earthquake and fire, Isaiah 24:18, Zephaniah 3:8 and huge tsunamis will wipe out all coastal cities and towns. Jeremiah 51:42, Amos 9:6

Normal mains electricity supply will not be restored for years. Only small generators will be able to supply power and these will soon run out of fuel, as will all motor transport. Line telephone systems and radio communication may be set up fairly quickly, but mobile phones and internet may never be re-established.

The world will slowly recover and in order to regain control and normal services, a 10 region One World Government will be organized. Daniel 7:23-24 However, those who have maintained their faith and trust in the Creator God during this time of testing have the promises of His redemption and their gathering into all of the Holy Land. Deut. 30:3, Isaiah 35, Psalm 107, Zechariah 10:8, Hosea 11:10-11, Ezekiel 11:17, Ezekiel 36:8, Isaiah 49:8-23, Jeremiah 23:3-4, Psalms 69:35-36, Colossians 1:11-12

The world is awash with people predicting an imminent end! Always been the same. Just trust in God and get on with living your life for God. Simples.

Just think, the people of Pompeii must have thought that the whole world was coming to an end. As did many others throughout history!

I have said this many times on this forum on several threads. You are correct. Most have no idea of the magnitude of destruction and death that will come just before Lord Jesus returns. Lord Jesus said it will be worse than any other time in history.

Yes. But to me, even more incredible, beyond comprehension is the cosmos is going to part...

Revelation 6:
12 And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood;

13 And the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind.

14 And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together; and every mountain and island were moved out of their places.

I am pretty sure they knew it was a volcano.

These prophesies and many others describing the Lord's Day of wrath, are very detailed and tell of things that are quite possible to literally happen. The 'stars', of course, are not the distant real stars, but probably a meteor shower will fulfil verse 13.
But the sky being rolled away, also in Isaiah 34:4, is unprecedented and the only thing that could cause our atmosphere [and our magnetosphere] to be pushed aside, is a massive cloud of ejecta from the sun. If you google Coronal Mass Ejection, you will see how small CME's do flatten our protective shield. A really big one, as is prophesied, Isaiah 30:26, will blast it aside, killing everyone at the hit zone. Zephaniah 2:4-5, Ezekiel 20:45-47, Ezekiel 21:1-16

The coming earthquake would be way off the charts to move every island from it's place.

Note how Revelation 6:14 is worded differently than other earthquakes prophesied.
I see it as tectonic plate movement, that would actually shift the position of the continents. If it happened not too suddenly, as may be the case with the CME God uses: making the depths of the mountains, Deuteronomy 32:22, heat up, repositioning the continents, by maybe just a small amount.
Whatever; life will go on, a lot of people will survive, most to be a part of the One World Govt, and all true Christians - citizens of the new nation of Beulah. Isaiah 62:1-5

Yes, the continents will shift and I imagine the shifting would cause world wide tsunamis for the prophecies says the sea and the waves will roar.

A lot of people simply don't want to go there.. The emotions of fear of this and even disagreement with God about this causes people to avoid this..

Yea, but lets not all start predicting! I am pretty sure those in Pompeii would have thought the end is nigh!

Mans wisdom will come to nothing says the bible.

I see the end time scenario as a natural progression of mans wisdom coming to nothing. The ozone layer is almost gone and is already causing more skin cancer with the end result being (sores upon the body and the sun will burn men's skin. Revelation)

The earth will real to and fro says Isaiah. Well that's an easy one , the ice caps are already melting and will cause sea levels to rise to a predicted level of 22 feet or there abouts , this will create a weight distribution on the planet causing the earth to wobble and if you happen to be alive at the time of the end and are looking up at the sun the moon and the stars they are going to look pretty weird from your vantage point. Also when the earth does real to and fro all those satellites and space junk that are up there will fall from their orbits which will look like stars falling to the earth.

Jesus himself talks about the sea and the waves roaring and mens hearts failing them from the fear of what is coming upon the earth. It's not hard to see what he is talking about.

God sit's in the heavens and laughs it says , and mans wisdom will come to nothing.

Interpretation. All comes down to that. So many different ones about!

One could write a novel about whats coming but I'll just drop a few hints here.
Lack of food and water due to insane weather conditions.
Zoo animals and pet dogs running amuck in the streets looking for food or you.
Neighbors killing one another over a slice of bread or any liquid you might have.
And I could go on and on about this but whats the point , you all know it's going to be bad. The worst time ever in the history of the world but will never happen again says the bible

And Jesus will return before all human life is snuffed out.
