Co-dependence- excessive emotional or psychological reliance on a partner, typically a partner who requires support due to an illness or addiction.

Independence- freedom from the control, influence, support, aid, or the like, of others."

"Hidden", "secret", and "lost" knowledge can make an individual or group of individuals the most hypocritical, ineffective, and deluded "believer" on the face of this planet. They are still worldly in understanding the things of faith. Please share what is godly edifying in faith. Share it in love and truth.

"Then the word of the LORD came to me saying, “Son of man, prophesy against the shepherds of Israel. Prophesy and say to those shepherds, ‘Thus says the Lord GOD, “Woe, shepherds of Israel who have been feeding themselves! Should not the shepherds feed the flock? “You eat the fat and clothe yourselves with the wool, you slaughter the fat sheep without feeding the flock. “Those who are sickly you have not strengthened, the diseased you have not healed, the broken you have not bound up, the scattered you have not brought back, nor have you sought for the lost; but with force and with severity you have dominated them. “They were scattered for lack of a shepherd, and they became food for every beast of the field and were scattered. “My flock wandered through all the mountains and on every high hill; My flock was scattered over all the surface of the earth, and there was no one to search or seek for them.”’”

Someone speaking in the Holy Spirit will never DEMAND their own way. The flesh DEMANDS its own way.

It will HAVE its way, but it will never DEMAND it.

"Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no account of wrongs. Love takes no pleasure in evil, but rejoices in the truth." 1 Corinthians 13:4-6

Ecclesiastes 6-8

There are a great many drivers on the road with their mind on anything except for the 2 ton+ heap of metal that is capable of killing someone instantly. Your recklessness will destroy you one day. It races ahead of you to judgement. You can bless those who do evil, but if they do not change their ways, they are accountable for themselves. Understand the power of a sound mind. After nearly dying at the hands of a senseless fool on several occasions, I felt that I should share a thought on the matter. I will continue to live. I hope you do as well.

"“Say to them, ‘As I live!’ declares the Lord GOD, ‘I take no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but rather that the wicked turn from his way and live. Turn back, turn back from your evil ways! Why then will you die, O house of Israel?’ “And you, son of man, say to your fellow citizens, ‘The righteousness of a righteous man will not deliver him in the day of his transgression, and as for the wickedness of the wicked, he will not stumble because of it in the day when he turns from his wickedness; whereas a righteous man will not be able to live by his righteousness on the day when he commits sin.’ “When I say to the righteous he will surely live, and he so trusts in his righteousness that he commits iniquity, none of his righteous deeds will be remembered; but in that same iniquity of his which he has committed he will die. “But when I say to the wicked, ‘You will surely die,’ and he turns from his sin and practices justice and righteousness, if a wicked man restores a pledge, pays back what he has taken by robbery, walks by the statutes which ensure life without committing iniquity, he shall surely live; he shall not die. “None of his sins that he has committed will be remembered against him. He has practiced justice and righteousness; he shall surely live." Ezekiel 33:11-16

If each person's beauty was defined by their heart, there are people in this world that would shine brighter than the rays of the sun. As followers of Christ we are commanded to see each person's beauty in their heart. It saddens me that many of us cannot see past the sensuality of physical appearances. We are still worldly in that regard.

"I have seen slaves on horses, and princes walking on the ground like slaves." Ecc. 10:7

Excellent discernment is the ability to see when a Spirit is serving others, and when a spirit is serving itself. People thinking they hear God's voice should be careful that it is not the voice coming from selfish ambition. It may be incredibly ineffective and temporary. In this case, it is best to let the spirit(s) finish speaking.

I'd discovered that we are more than capable of making a spectacle out of ourselves while speaking in communion, but even more capable that that, is the believers ability to keep perpetually silent about such matters in the name of "love".

"Who is wise and understanding among you? Let him show it by his good conduct, by deeds done in the humility that comes from wisdom. But if you have bitter jealousy and selfish ambition in your hearts, do not boast in it or deny the truth. Such wisdom does not come from above, but is earthly, unspiritual, demonic. For where jealousy and selfish ambition exist, there will be disorder and every evil practice." James 3:13-16

Most churches that understand the importance of testing spirits are incredibly fruitful. They have God's blessing. Testing spirits is such a vast topic, but most do not go beyond the passage of 1 John 4:1-6. Silence does not always equal effective communion. It *may* mean stagnation, restlessness, and...boredom to the new (or mature) believer.

Tongues without prophecy (interpretation) can be like giving a book to a blind man. It may feel amazing to him but he remains in darkness. Tongues is a vast topic as well. You may find 1 Corinthians 14 to have a rough outline. Strengthening, encouragement and consolation. Perhaps it may have all three. The Church of Corinth was indeed a baby church but there are still many baby believers that think themselves mature.

Strengthening- make or become stronger. (this one may be accepted or rejected, use good judgement).

Encouragement- giving someone support or confidence; supportive.

Consolation- comfort received by a person after a loss or disappointment.

Jesus and the woman of Samaria is a prime example. (John 4:1-26)

Ecclesiastes 9-12 (finished with the musings of King Solomon).

Just because someone allowed you to wrong them doesn't mean you were in the right.

It simply means they were. (Matthew 5:43-48, Romans 12:9-13)

For the sake of clarity, I will use labels.

Oblivious- not aware of or not concerned about what is happening around one. Carnal.

Antonyms- Caring, Concern, Regard, Respect, Awareness, Consciousness, Understanding. Spiritual.

Forgiveness is not an excuse for ignorance. Ignorance is only bliss until it no longer remains ignorance, then it's blissful opportunity!

"The gift of discerning of spirits is NOT our "inside" knowledge of the spiritual for personal and selfish gain. We don't control this gift to see what we want to see because that is being opportunistic and forsakes clear instruction to "lay down our life and pick up our cross." We see and discern according to Christ's agenda, primarily to liberate the bound and to co-labor with God. This gift comes with a price tag for it's revelation, and is selfless to the core." Amen.

Luke 12-13 (NOG). <3 ♪Snap back to reality, oh there goes gravity♪ So if this wages war against our conscience/faith, perhaps it should be encouragement to grow!

I see much talk of wolves among sheep but it's typically from the wolves. Fancy that. Let's refresh.

1 John 2-4 (Synonymous with the epistles of James which also instructs that the saving faith is accompanied by works). Who knew that the Truth isn't a people-pleaser?

Christ knew that He would have to die for the Truth. Sometimes it's good to refresh ourselves on the basic and elementary teachings of Christ before we go beyond them.

"Therefore let us leave the elementary teachings about Christ and go on to maturity, not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works,a and of faith in God, instruction about baptisms, the laying on of hands, the resurrection of the dead, and eternal judgment. And this we will do, if God permits." Hebrews 6:1-3

"If anyone teaches another doctrine and disagrees with the sound words of our Lord Jesus Christ and with godly teaching, he is conceited and understands nothing. Instead, he has an unhealthy interest in controversies and semantics, out of which come envy, strife, abusive talk, evil suspicions, and constant friction between men of depraved mind who are devoid of the truth. These men regard godliness as a means of gain." 1 Timothy 6:3-5

"Land that drinks in the rain often falling on it and that produces a crop useful to those for whom it is tended receives the blessing of God. But land that produces thorns and thistles is worthless, and its curse is imminent. In the end it will be burned." Hebrews 6:7-8

The more you know of God's Word, the easier it becomes to remain calm in the face of adversity. Calmness comes out of Self-discipline. A fruit of the Spirit.

You can feel anger and still choose to be loving in sincerity, if Christ is at work inside you. It is impossible to remain in anger, or else it leads to unforgiveness. Christ is all about forgiveness. If you are easily offended, perhaps you should check the Word to see if Christ was easily offended. He was not.

"Therefore, having put away falsehood, let each one of you speak the truth with his neighbor, for we are members one of another. Be angry and do not sin; do not let the sun go down on your anger, and give no opportunity to the devil." Ephesians 4:25-27

Quick to listen, slow to speak, slow to become angry. That is a peacemaker

"“Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God." Matthew 5:9

Maybe it's useful in ministry. It's useful in ministry and evangelism. It's useful for MANY things. Did I say MANY? Yes. Prize self-control like fine gold. It is self-preservation. It is life.

There is "defending God", and then there is illuminating the faith that saves His flock. Amazing how they can be the same thing from different mindsets.

Encouragement alone does not make an effective teacher. Loving words.

Great faith alone does not make a great teacher. A sign.

Pious appearance alone does not make an effective teacher. A costume.

Selfless, fiery, and unquenchable love, makes a good teacher. The kind that is lived, daily. The Teacher is Christ.

"No one defends a false teacher without ulterior motives. It's either he is the false teacher or the false teacher is his teacher or he's trying to become one very soon. They can sugar coat all their defences with harmless words of peace but it's all a deception. There's an ulterior motive."

Healing is a miracle but miracles are not always healing. (1 Corinthians 12:28, James 5:16-18). How is your prayer life?

Questions I ask myself when in private prayer to the Father. #FalseHope#Truth

1. Am I angry?

2. Am I in loving relationship?

3. Am I proud?

These are very important questions to discern within your heart. God sees the state of our heart disposition even if we cannot. Depending on our answer, perhaps we are speaking to the air (Ephesians 2:2).

It's not a matter of whether or not He is loving enough to hear us, it's whether or not our prayer, reaches His throne room. You say that our obedience of love has nothing to do with our prayer effectiveness?

It has everything to do with our prayer effectiveness (Proverbs 15:29). This is why people who don't live righteous lives out of love, can't perform healing and miracles. The world's reality is realer to them, than the reality of God's kingdom.
