No He didn't, because the Father has all the while since "GOD RAISED CHRIST BY THE GLORY OF THE FATHER", been with Him in Person, at his side in "full Fellowship of the Trinity" --Klaas Schilder. Romans 6:4 cf. 1:4

16 Spoke Jesus, Mary!

There is NO difficulty whatsoever with understanding Jesus' order to Mary – unfortunately rendered, “Don’t touch Me” – for meaning literally, “Don’t STAY STANDING here with Me … but GO …” Don’t waste time “… and TELL my brothers!”
… 'haptoh', also means, 'to fasten' . “Mary, don't stand there as fastened / planted / turned to stone (by surprise)!”
Just a little while after Jesus appeared to Mary, "first" Mark 16:9, "He met them" the other women Matthew 28:9 and they "held" Him ('ekratehsan').
Jesus did not go to heaven; 'heaven' came down to HIM IN HIS GRAVE and "God by the Glory of the Father ('s PRESENCE) raised Christ" from the dead.
THERE: "FROM-THE-DEAD", IS WHERE God the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit ACTED in FULL FELLOWSHIP OF THE TRINITY “When God SEATED / RESTED CHRIST IN THE HEAVENLY PLACES"— LORD-IN-VICTORY.

Stuart Lawrence, you are really good at what you do. I do understand what you are attempting to do/are doing and why you are attempting to do it. And there is nobody on this message board that is in your weight class, you are that gifted. With that said, now that I have met the best it is time for me to go do something else. God Bless

A wonderful writer, to me; a wonderful preacher to his congregations in the Netherlands, the 'Gereformeerdes'. In my country 'The Reformed Church' refer to themselves as 'Doppers'. Presbitereans I think, in America.
Klaas Schilder in fact is famous for his trilogy, 'Christ in his Suffering'.
