What is the Holy Spirit, and how does it relate to other spirit?
That is, what makes it holy? What is holy about it?

God is love, God is spirit, any spirit which comes of love, is of the Holy Spirit. Anyone speaking by this is speaking by the Holy Spirit, anyone working by this is working by the Holy Spirit, anyone guided by this is guided by the Holy Spirit aka the Spirit of Truth.
The Holy Spirit is The Spirit of God / Spirit of Christ / Spirit of Truth & Spirit of Life. He / It is given by measure to all living things. The Gift of the Holy Spirit is a secondary outpouring of Spirit upon those who 'believe and are baptised' and / or those who believe Christ's Word and ask The Father for Him.
He is also The Comforter, given to enable us to be able to endure this life's travail, and our Teacher so that we may know all things God wills for us. *************************
God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth. <---> John 4:24 (Words of Christ)
Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come. <---> John 16:23 (Words of Christ)
Seems to be pretty much the same question as my question.I'd like to know the difference between holy spirit and animated energy or force that makes all things living or alive.

In "Holy Spirit" the "holy" must mean something. And pretty much it is to indicate an element of God, a "person" of the Trinity, is it not? But how does it operate?
I think it has nothing to do with or very little to do with LIFE, with "making alive" or "being alive."
On the one hand there is life, animals are alive, and on the other there is what drives that life in particular directions, which would seem rather like MOTIVATION.
And presumably what drives life in the direction of God or in conformity with godliness is the Holy Spirit.

In reply to your "got from," 1. This is nothing about "Holy Spirit," "Comforter," etc. etc..I got that from God breathed into Adam and he came alive.
I got that from knowing there isn't a single maverick molecule running loose. That breath is lifeIn reply to your "got from," 1. This is nothing about "Holy Spirit," "Comforter," etc. etc..
God the Father CREATING time.
2. I appreciate your changing the subject to abortion, so I'll respond by saying it seems "the way the Bible has it," God breathed into Adam, and he became a person, a living soul.
PROVES THE LIFE OF A HUMAN BEING BEGINS AT BIRTH (From which we measure the length of the life of a person.) "Clay" is only a human being when God gives it breath, when it first has breath.
God The Holy Spirit is the third part of the Holy Trinity of God the Father, and God the Son.
there is also a human trinity made up of human body, human soul, and human spirit,
and a satanic trinity as well. those are the 'other spirits' who are opposed to God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit.

The former is real, whereas the latter is a bit George Lucas isn't it?
