I disagree. Your explanations don't offer any translation which would suggest something other wise. Matthew Henry says a lot on this. One statement being, "Her pregnancy of the promised seed; before they came together, she was found with child, which really was of the Holy Ghost."

And do you find Matthew Henry saying that the Holy Spirit is Jesus' father, or that the Holy Spirit had sex with Mary? Or do you just see commenters, like Matthew Henry, saying that the conception of Jesus in Mary's womb was of the Holy Spirit?

This is how I view the trinity

I just go to Time1. That's where Christ looked towards in His prayers.

Mat_1:18 Now the birth of Jesus Christ was on this wise: When as his mother Mary was espoused to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with child of the Holy Ghost.

Mat_1:20 But while he thought on these things, behold, the angel of the Lord appeared unto him in a dream, saying, Joseph, thou son of David, fear not to take unto thee Mary thy wife: for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Ghost.

The act of divine conception was from, through and made possible by the Holy Spirit. That does not mean that the Holy Spirit is Jesus' Father.

Jesus said:
"And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another advocate to help you and be with you forever—17 the Spirit of truth." John 14:16-17
26 But the Advocate, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you. John 14:26
“When the Advocate comes, whom I will send to you from the Father—the Spirit of truth who goes out from the Father—he will testify about me.. John 15:26
He told his disciples to baptise in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, Matthew 28:19, and always referred to the Spirit being sent by, or coming from, the Father. Nowhere does he say, "my Father, who IS the Holy Spirit ......."
Paul blessed the Corinthians in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, 2 Corinthians 13:14. It is through the Spirit that we can call God Father, Romans 8:15

Your misreading it.

'Before they came together' is Mary and Joseph. It is to show that Mary was a virgin.

Also, what is the Bible version you are quoting from?

I suspect it's the KJV. The use of "Holy Ghost" rather than "Holy Spirit" is usually a good sign of a fairly archaic translation, and in the case of Scripture the most commonly used archaic translation today would be the 1769 revision of the King James Version.

I believe Jesus is part of God, but not the father himself. God chooses to show part of Himself, but not all.
Jesus did not claim to be part of the father, but one with the father. The Jews knew exactly what he was implying, essentially blasphemy.

He was one with his father, but not the father. In the beginning God said let "us" make man in "our" image.

How are you one with something, but not that something?
The bible teaches that we are one with Christ, yet we are individuals as well.1 Corinthians 6:17 I don't claim to understand it, just like myself, God is mysterious. We are as well.
