some studies are saying that there is a 70% chance of hillary and 30% chance of trump,

however a swing vote for trump would only be to take 20% of the hillary votes. And that is starting to happen according to this study:

I don't know about Jim Carry, but the woman who wrote the Op Ed was written by Sara Taylor Fagen, a partner at DDC Advocacy and a former political director for President George W. Bush.

Short of something major happening it looks pretty certain that Clinton will win. The Trump surge put him within striking distance but never gave him a lead. He has never had the lead and I doubt he will.

By all honest accounts she won the debate pretty handily. Exactly how much of a bounce she gets from that we'll find out in a few days.

I remember an article about how Nixon lost to Kennedy not because of what he said in the debates but because of how he looked.

No one will say it but Trump looked horrible in the first debate. Not when he was speaking, when he was supposed to be silent.

Trump has no chance as long as the media keeps showing both candidates most of the time during the debates. And since Trump insists on interrupting all the time the media will be forced to show both candidates almost all of the time.

It is an Op Ed column. It's an opinion piece. How hard is that to understand? Only time will tell about the accuracy of the assessment of Trump's chances.
