As for bands, well salvation is often a personal, individual thing. I have not really heard of whole bands becoming christian.
By 'bands' to you mean rock bands. By definition many rock music is so anti-christ and proud of it. Rock music does take its cues from the occult, even so called christian 'rock' bands, often are a mixed bag. Michael w smith is into freemasonry.
Many of the album covers reference occult symbolism. The other day walked past a poster advertising Iron Maiden, saying its concert tickets cost $66.6 I mean that is so lame.
Wrong forum for that discussion. Suffice it to say the reasons are numerous and overwhelmingly convincing. Why is freemasonry wrong?

Understood that you were making a response. But this forum is for discussing music, not theology. As it says in the parent directory: "Forums for the discussion of music."First off it's germain if it's brought up in this discussion. I didn't start it, I'm replying to someone else's comments.

Additional comments on this subject may bring down the ire of the mods on us both.
While I could answer, today I have neither the time or inclination to get into it.
I will let the guy that brought it up answer.
