For your consideration...
Luke 8:1a
"And it came to pass afterward, that He went throughout every city and village, preaching and showing the good news of the kingdom of God: and the twelve were with Him,"

Jesus instruction to his disciples:
Mark 16:15
"He said to them, "Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation."

The gospel...
1 Corinthians 15:1-4
"Now I make known to you brethren, the gospel which I preached to you, which also you received, in which also you stand, by which also you are saved, if you hold fast the word which I preached to you, unless you believed in vain.
For I delivered to you as of first importance what I also received, that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, and that He was buried, and that He was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures."
John 14:6
Acts 4:12
1 Peter 2:24

Witnessing...
John 4:1-42
Colossians 4:2-6
Matthew 5:14

If we want to evangelize others like Jesus did, we don’t need to threaten people with hell or bribe them with heaven, we can simply invite them into a way of life is that is better than the way of the world.

You can give your testimony about how Jesus saved you and describe your personal relationship with Jesus. This can lead into the teaching of the Good news of the Gospel that Jesus wants to free you from sin and provide an abundance of Love. The fact is some people will be turned off regardless, not because of what you said but because there are those whose hearts are hardened and nothing can convince them to repent. But be happy, because you can still plant the seed to offer them the opportunity to get to know Jesus and for that, you will be blessed!

I agree with the above answers. I personally do not like fire and brimstone preaching, I don't think it really makes people want to believe in God. In fact, I think it pushes people even further. Now is there a time and place to mention hell? Of course, but don't let it be the highlight of your evangelism. It's about Jesus and that He saves. But of course you do mention what He saves us from. There's gotta be balance. I'm still trying to figure out how to effectively witness myself, even though I mostly do it on the internet (omegle). It's hard because you don't want to push people from God but at the same time you don't want to preach a water-down sugar candy Gospel.

I feel like that's where I am. I want to tell people about this awful Hell but I also want to tell them about a loving God! I am just where you are.

I want to come across in a way it will be accepted I want to plant seeds!
