Hi Guys. This is my testimony of how i was delivered from an ancestral demon. As you know the sins of our forefathers are usually passed downs to his descendants and i was dealing with that. It all started when i gave myself to Christ last year, and the moment i did light descended upon me, and God started to reveal to me how i was being persecuted. However, being new into all this, i did not know what i was dealing with. And the demon, while praying one day, deceived me into believing that he was the holy spirit. It was when i went to the pastor then i realized he was not. Some of the members prayed for me and they sent me out telling me that i was delivered.
It was then however things started to get into a battle of the mind. I did not know that when you are delivered and you do not believe that you are delivered the enemy is going to come back to you, and even stronger. Some symptoms lingered and that made me not believe. God led me to another group of church people to pray for me and when they were done they told me that i was delivered. But again because of the symptoms i did not believe. During all this, God taught me how to take authority against the devil and he led me through all the truth in the bible. For instance how we overcome them with the blood of the lamb and the word of testimony. All this time i had overcome them and i did not know. It was when God sent me to speak to a brother in church called James that he explained how if i don't believe the demon would resurface again. He prayed for me, and after that i came to believe wholeheartedly that victory is mine, and deliverance is mine. Once you become a child of God, no longer will the sins of your forefathers cause curses to transfer into your life as Jeremiah 31:29-30 states, "In those days they shall say no more, The fathers have eaten a sour grape, and the children's teeth are set on edge. But every one shall die for his own iniquity: every man that eateth the sour grape, his teeth shall be set on edge."
God delivered me of my persecution, took care of me, and i was able to grow a lot spiritually.
