2. Afghan Hound
3. Berger Picard
4. Blue Picardy Spaniel
5. Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier
(I like a lot more, but the above are ones I'd really like to own some day)

I'm partial to mixed breeds, preferably husky/samoyed mixed with other medium to large breeds like retrievers and shepherds. My two dogs are both mixes. One is a pitbull-beagle and the other is a husky/sammy/shepherd. Both great puppernutters! :oldthumbsup:

In the past, my family and I owned the first two from my list (both wonderful dogs!). Someday, I would really like to get a Shiba Inu or a Corgi for my own place.

I've always loved golden retrievers. But I have a corgi mix now and he's awesome!! I do miss having a medium-sized dog though and I really want to get another golden retriever. My golden retriever was one of the kindest living beings on earth. I wish I could kiss his nose one last time lol

My absolute favorite breed is Cocker Spaniel. If not for being allergic to most dogs (because of dog dander), I would have one. Dogs are more responsibility than I care to take on--especially the expense that I can't afford. Living in an RV, I also don't have the room for a dog. Cats are barely tolerable, and I can't stand them jumping up on my kitchen counters. I don't like animal fur all over everything or animals on my bed or other furniture..

I LOVE Collies! I dream to own one since I was a little girl. Also Border Collies, German Sphepherds, Bernese Moutain dogs, Newfoundland dogs, Leonbergers (my cousins had one. She was the most awesome dog I ever knew), Siberian Huskies, Akitas, Tamaskans, Finnish Spitzs, West Siberian Laikas, Beagles, Anatolian Shepherds... And a lot of others. Sure, I forgot some of my favorites!

To add to my original post, I am now in love with little Yorkshire Terrier puppies and the West Highland terrier. They're just SOOO adorable and fluffy. I just go crazy over them. >.<

I'm also in love with the St. Bernard, Doberman, Coton de Tulear, Shar-pei, corgis, Samoyed, Great Pyrenees, Australian Cattle dog, Newfoundland, Australian Shepherd, American Eskimo, Greater Swiss Mountain dogs, Chinese Crested and Pekingese.

I'm sure I have lots more favorites but these are the ones I just absolutely adore. Of course, my heart still belongs to the Pomeranians as I've said before but I just LOVE doggies!

Wow, it sounds like you really know your dogs. What are "Coton de Tulears" like? I don't think I've ever seen one in person. Pomeranians seem to be the perfect lap dog haha.

Right now I have a German Shepherd and a Shih Tzu.

I've lived with many dogs in my life since my mom was a breeder and to be honest aside from GSDs I find that I love Chows and Akitas.
