We are all sinners, but you still must have the desire to contact the spirit world to have any dirrect dealings with them, don't you? I'm I mistaken in this?

I always thought he was possessed by many demons. Wasn't that where Jesus called them out and they went into a heard of swine and ran off a cliff?

Obviously, he was posessed by a demon. My objection is over the language you use to describe demonaic activity, which I fear implies, perhaps unwittingly, that demons are not continually aware of our presence; that they are "alerted" by sin, as opposed to we ourselves opening up to an existi sinful presence through dabbling in the occult or otherwise indulging the passions.

There is no "spirit world." You have direct dealings with demons each time you sin. Of course, inviting them to converse with you using a Ouija Board just invites new levels of demonic delusion.

Ultimately it must be understood that yielding to the passions, to sin, to demonic activity, is a self-destructive act that is inherently self-deceptive.

You are verbally confusing divine revelation with the existence of a supernatural realm of the sort believed in by Spiritualists or other adherents of occult religions. The use of the phrase "spirit world" is grossly misleading, although coupled with a rejection of science it is perhaps amusingly evocative of 19th century fiction in the Gothic mode.

I have never heard that sin leads to any activity with demons. Where do you get this from, so I can read up on it?
