Rachael Doleza is a white lady who says she identifies racially as black, and has even passed as black. Every time I see her on TV everybody seems to vilify her and act as if she is a fraud. Yet when Bruce Jenner claimed to identify as a woman, and is currently living as a woman; even to the point of changing his name to Caitlyn he is held up as a hero even to the point of ESPN presenting the Author Ashe courage award. Why? Why is Rachael Doleza vilified and Caitlyn praised? What’s the difference?

Great question. This shows how confused the world is. I don't really see the difference. Both are lying to God, themselves, and others.

And she got disability while we pay the taxes for it. The taxes gives her monthly payments, food stamps and healthcare. We all paid them. The government needs to eliminate marriages all together and let the churches handle the real marriages.
How sad! And Americans eat up the lies! Then everyone suffers!!!

Do you have a problem with people with disabilities getting assistance?
I think thee problem was with the person with perfectly good vision purposely blinding themselves, and then getting disability assistance.

You haven't been reading the replies. A person who purposely blinds himself to gain disability could be a problem but more looking not a problem to you. It's like Bruce Jenner having rights to share the toilets with other women.

It's all about the green.......Bruce Jenner's handlers and agents are in team with the Kardashians to make a profit off of his disorder, drag queen with breast implants........Yawn.......nothing new. Yet he makes it new. The White Woman who pretends to be Black, has a mental disorder, most likely do to being ignored when she was younger. Has she discussed a reality TV show with networks ?? who knows.

The government needs to eliminate marriages all together and let the churches handle the real marriages.

That's not a bad idea actually.
The entire point of state instituted marriage was to protect marriage and the stipulations thereof. Since society has basically a made a joke out of it, where half of all marriages fail and men are getting married simply to make a spectacle of their sexuality, maybe the state should just do away with it.

Divorce rates among conservative Christians were significantly higher than for other faith groups, and much higher than Atheists and Agnostics experience.
George Barna, president and founder of Barna Research Group, commented:

"While it may be alarming to discover that born again Christians are more likely than others to experience a divorce, that pattern has been in place for quite some time. Even more disturbing, perhaps, is that when those individuals experience a divorce many of them feel their community of faith provides rejection rather than support and healing. But the research also raises questions regarding the effectiveness of how churches minister to families. The ultimate responsibility for a marriage belongs to the husband and wife, but the high incidence of divorce within the Christian community challenges the idea that churches provide truly practical and life-changing support for marriages."

Are you a religiously conservative Protestant or someone who lives in area populated by many of them? According to American researchers, you are at higher risk of divorce.

Defining “conservative Protestants” as those who believe the Bible to be literally true, researchersJennifer Glass (University of Texas) and Philip Levchak (University of Iowa) found that while “most conservatives frown upon divorce, and religious commitment is believed to strengthen marriage,” the states with higher concentrations of such people experienced higher divorce rates.

“[O]ne of the strongest factors predicting divorce rates (per 1000 married couples) is the concentration of conservative or evangelical Protestants in that county,” the researchers explain. Religiously conservative states Alabama and Arkansas have the second and third highest divorce rates in the U.S., while religiously liberal New Jersey and Massachusetts have two of the lowest.

You didn't say anything relevant. The whole 'atheists are angels, Christians are Satan' argument doesn't suffice.

When I showed that divorce rates among conservative Christians were significantly higher than for other faith groups, and much higher than for atheists and agnostics, I was merely responding to your ridiculous statement:
Since society has basically a made a joke out of it, where half of all marriages fail and men are getting married simply to make a spectacle of their sexuality, maybe the state should just do away with it.
Obviously, it isn't men getting married simply to make a spectacle of their sexuality that is the cause of half the marriages failing. Unless, of course, it is conservative christian men that are making a spectacle of their sexuality.

I think the bible said marriages are supposed to mix in with the state. Something about some sort of civil law

Sounds like a plan to eliminate all true christians by not letting us reproduce. Sex outside of marriage is prohibited.

I have not looked at the numbers, but these days many pseudo christians join their atheist and agnostic brothers in not limiting intimate relationships to proper marriage. They just shack up. So when that kind of relationship breaks down, there is no divorce to register, even though it amounts to the same thing.

That would skew the numbers.
