Bah
I would expect the Jesus in that relationship isn't the one I'm familiar with.Is believing something about Satan's relationship to the lord a requirement to be saved?

I would like to keep the 'heretical notions' in discussion. They are important to discerning if their 'Lord' is our Lord. Then let's disregard the "heretical notions". There are Christians who believe Jesus was physically resurrected and those who don't. There are Christians who believe Jesus was a blue eyed, blond haired white guy, and those who think he was black. So not all Christians believe the same details about Jesus, but they still refer to the same figure in the Holy Bible as their lord and savior. So...heaven? Saved? Yes or no?

I would like everyone to be saved. It's not about what I want however. Is that because you prefer to believe they are not saved, and the only way to maintain that belief is to say they have the wrong Jesus?
Is that your opinion? From what I've read it certainly doesn't sound like the same as ours. It's the same Jesus as described in the Holy Bible. Their belief is still referencing the same entity that you are, but some details might vary.
No they don't. We do not (as far as I am aware) consider persons Christians on these forums if they do not adhere to the Nicene Creed. Now, Christians from all different denomination have varying beliefs regarding the details about the Jesus of the Bible.
This is a religion, don't expect agreement on very important points by providing vague statements. Perhaps you expect them to answer how you would like.Christians love to preach but as soon as you start asking questions, it's like pulling teeth.
Better read Paul ...

Not that the resurrection didn't happen, but it was the physical body that was re-animated vs. his reappearance in apparitional form, for example.
John 20:27-28
Then He said to Thomas, “Reach here with your finger, and see My hands; and reach here your hand and put it into My side; and do not be unbelieving, but believing.”
Thomas answered and said to Him, “My Lord and my God!”
Are energy drinks an iffy area? Lol.The LDS Word of Wisdom prohibits hot drinks which are known to be coffee and tea.
Yet coffee and tea both have many health benefits:

Being a little dramatic there.CF admins are not the ones who judge the souls of the dead, but I'll consider my question answered at this time.

If this is true then verse 4 of 1 Cor 15 must also be true "that he was buried, that he was raiseddrstevej said:14 And if Christ has not been raised, our preaching is useless and so is your faith.
Is this the same jesus who can materialise in closed rooms and not be recognised in the flesh walking along roads?drstevej said:Then He said to Thomas, “Reach here with your finger, and see My hands; and reach here your hand and put it into My side; and do not be unbelieving, but believing.”
So they do not believe Satan is our Lords brother? Seems like a glaring omission.
In your view, perhaps. But by your own words, it is true nonetheless.
Which is why the mormon replacement theology doesn't sit well with orthodox Christianity. Jesus was not created, nor does he have any literal spiritual brothers. Angels, including Satan and his followers, and humans are created beings.Yes, it is Mormon view is that Satan and Jesus are brothers.
But did you know that Mormons think Elvis and Jesus brothers? And that Mother Teresa and Satan are siblings? And that Gandhi and Hitler are brothers? And you and that weird cat-lady down the street at siblings!
It's a very different picture when you look at the whole of it.
