You are correct that "a covt" was previously foretyped and made through Noah (and Sodom)
Don't take me serious. I was joking around with Babarean2.

I don't see how any of this is Daniel 9:24, do you? Care to explain?
I'm serious. I don't see your connection to Daniel 9:24.
.
Well, you hit the nail on the head anyhow. "A covt" of dan 9:27 & "my covt" to Noahþand Abraham are further developments and characteristics of the seed covt promised to come through the woman to cancel the felt effects of the fall.Don't take me serious. I was joking around with Babarean2.
.
The kingdom of God/Christ is only within the soul/spirit. The things of dan 9:24 are accomplished subjectively and personally by submission to his authority and rule.
The indignation for example is stopped by personally, subjectively ceasing from animal sacrifice. And tge indignation of God having temporarily favored a eace of people until his seed would come (Gen 59:1-10) is ended by the truth that all peoples, nations, tounges are 'Gods people" through faith in his visitation among but not exclusively to the jews.

I've never had any surgery...so you're mistaken. However if you want proof, I'll give it to you:
Let's start with Daniel 9 24:
24 “Seventy weeks have been decreed for your people and your holy city, to finish the transgression, to make an end of sin, to make atonement for iniquity, to bring in everlasting righteousness, to seal up vision and prophecy and to anoint the most holy place.
There are six points there that Daniel was told would happen in the 70 weeks:
1. "To finish the transgression"...which is accomplished in Israel crucifying their Messiah. Jesus said it on the cross..."IT IS FINISHED"...John 19:30
30 Therefore when Jesus had received the sour wine, He said, “It is finished!” And He bowed His head and gave up His spirit.
Israel had finished the transgression at that point...it ended the Old Covenant because God left the most holy place right after Jesus gave up His Spirit! Matthew 27:51
51 And behold, the veil of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom; and the earth shook and the rocks were split.
2. "To make and end of sin"
3. "To make atonement for iniquity"
4. "To bring in everlasting righteousness"
Those those three Hebrews makes clear Jesus accomplished...try Hebrews 9:11-14
11 But when Christ appeared as a high priest of the good things to come, He entered through the greater and more perfect tabernacle, not made with hands, that is to say, not of this creation;
12 and not through the blood of goats and calves, but through His own blood, He entered the holy place once for all, having obtained eternal redemption.
13 For if the blood of goats and bulls and the ashes of a heifer sprinkling those who have been defiled sanctify for the cleansing of the flesh,
14 how much more will the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered Himself without blemish to God, cleanse your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?
See if you understand that. Christ IS our righteousness! We're also told that in 1 Corinthians 1:30, 31:
30 But by His doing you are in Christ Jesus, who became to us wisdom from God, and righteousness and sanctification, and redemption,
31 so that, just as it is written, “Let him who boasts, boast in the Lord.”
No Christian is righteous apart from Christ! Ever hear the term "Yahweh Tsikendu"? It means "THE LORD OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS!!!
5. "To seal up vision and prophecy"
Daniel was told to seal up his prophecy by Jesus in Daniel 12:7, who do you think the man dressed in linen is? I know many think it's Gabriel but it's not it's Christ! One can know this from Daniel 10:5!
6. "To Anoint the most holy place"
Christ did this just as the Hebrews 9:12 says:
12 and not through the blood of goats and calves, but through His own blood, He entered the holy place once for all, having obtained eternal redemption.
So what you call "rubbish" is what the bible teaches IF read properly.
This would be correct EXCEPT you want to discount what Paul said in Romans 9: 6-8:
6 But it is not as though the word of God has failed. For they are not all Israel who are descended from Israel;
7 nor are they all children because they are Abraham’s descendants, but: “through Isaac your descendants will be named.”
8 That is, it is not the children of the flesh who are children of God, but the children of the promise are regarded as descendants.
You see...you can't quote Romans 11 discounting what has been said in Romans 4:9-15 and Romans 9:6, 7...as well as the demonstration of the wild and natural olive tree becoming ONE given in Romans 11:17-24!!!
That is how all Israel is saved!!! If you need more...I've got more.

You're kidding right? You move from Daniel's prophecy, to the historical book of Ezra where Israel returned from the 70 year exile to rebuild the temple? That's really reaching. You do realize Ezra and Nehemiah are not prophets don't you? They basically recording how the temple and the city was rebuilt after the 70 year exile, which Daniel talks about that in Daniel 9:1-6. Jeremiah prophesied it from God in Jeremiah 29:10.But look Eb, the bible said it is not finished.
Ezra 5:16 NKJV Then the same Sheshbazzar came and laid the foundation of the house of God which is in Jerusalem; but from that time even until now it has been under construction, and it is not finished.”
No. It comes from reading scripture properly. Have you carefully read Daniel 9:24? No one could EVER do those things but Christ.btw Eb, how does John 19:30 fulfilled Daniel 9:24? Does it have anything to do with an F word?
Also read Dan 29:4 Eb. How do you anoint the most holy in Dan 29:4 when He's crucified in John 19:30?
Daniel 9:24 NKJV
24 “Seventy weeks are determined
For your people and for your holy city,
To finish the transgression,
To make an end of sins,
To make reconciliation for iniquity,
To bring in everlasting righteousness,
To seal up vision and prophecy,
And to anoint the Most Holy.
Has nothing to do with preterism...it has to do with the truth of scripture...and you're basically denying the truth of scripture. I don't worry about "isms", I'm concern with the truth of scripture. You have to admit Eb. "Preterism = Attempted Confusionism".

If I have to clarify that...when I've provided scripture to support it...nevermind..you just don't get it.No I'm not kidding. I'm still waiting for you to clarify what you wrote in the post below. Otherwise it's not finished.
If I have to clarify that...when I've provided scripture to support it...nevermind..you just don't get it.
Call it what you want...truth is truth. The fact that you can't understand Daniel 9:24 is your issue. Even most futurist know that is fulfilled by Christ. This is the passage:ROFL! As if I'm dying to hear more of your preterist teachings.
You're alright Eb..

Every bit of that is fulfilled by Christ. For you not to understand that is quite alarming.
Can you explain how Daniel 9:24 was fulfilled in the first century?
.
Can you explain how Daniel 9:24 was fulfilled in the first century?
Ok Psalm3704. Let's look at the first part of Daniel 9:24:
24 “Seventy weeks have been decreed for your people and your holy city, to finish the transgression...
The 70 weeks (which is weeks of years), have been decreed for Daniel's people. Daniel people are the Jews. What transgression do you think the Jews have committed that is greater than the crucifixion of Christ?
Here is an abbreviated answer. If you want more detail we would need to discuss each point.
The Cross of Christ achieved these things:
- It finished transgression for those who believe, so the demands of law do not have to be charged against them.
- It made an end of sins by removing the accumulated sin temporarily covered under the old covenant, as well as removing in advance sin committed under the new covenant.
- It reconciled us to God whose justice was satisfied by the propitiatory sacrifice of his Son.
- It enabled the righteousness of Christ to be credited to those that believe on him irrespective of the wrongs they may have done.
- It sealed the vision, authenticating Jesus as the One from God and his ministry as the fulfilment of the promise.
- It raised and anointed a new temple, the Church, holy to the Lord, not made by man’s hands.
The idea that all of the descendants of Jacob will be saved at some future point in time is not scriptural.
Sadly, only a remnant will be saved.
Rom 11:1 I say then, Hath God cast away his people? God forbid. For I also am an Israelite, of the seed of Abraham, of the tribe of Benjamin.
The Church is not a parenthesis in God's plan. The Church is the Plan.
If we truly love the Jewish people we must tell them the truth.
