We are told that we should eat more fruit! I love bananas and strawberrys!

We certainly need to show more 'spiritual fruit', in our lives.

What is fruit?

How do we develop the 'Fruit of the Spirit', in us?

Is there anything we can do to produce more 'Fruit of the Spirit', in us? :yum:
Love is the first and foremost of the gifts. Love is how to develop Holy Spirit fruit.
Fruit is the expression of God's love in us, the harvest is souls being affected by that love.

Neither Paul or any other Biblical writer ever refers to love as being an Operation of the Spirit (aka, spiritual gifts) where love is always referred to as a fruit of the Spirit.

Yes 'Macca' (1 Cor.13:13) 'Now these three remain:faith, hope and love, but the greatest of these is love. Love is a fruit, given by God and developes within us,through the nature of the Lord Jesus Christ, who dwells in us through the Holy Spirit when we are saved and as you say the other fruit follows us. God bless!

.
I agree 'Biblicist' that love is a fruit given not one of the gifts of the Holy Spirit mentioned in 1 Cor.12.Everything we do must flow from love. God bless!
