Too many meetings today. lol I even had to attend a meeting, to discuss the meeting that would follow it. lol

They do work you hard but you see the results in the end! My trainer is helping me get ready for Miss Muddy which is an obstacle course coming up in September and also so I get nice and buff!

It will be fun!! And then I am going to a music thing that night. ABGT150 with Above & Beyond and a few other DJs which will be awesome. BTW ABGT stands for Above & Beyond Group Therapy. Its a musical podcast and its going live from Sydney on the 26th of September! Can't wait for that either!

Mud is very good for your complexion. Try the Dead Sea mud if you can
