I'm a reformed Protestant and I wanted to debate a Catholic on Penal Substitution Atonement. Is tehre way to get a debate forum here?

Well if you want to debate a Catholic on this the first thing we need to do is find a Catholic who knows what in tarnation it is.

Does it have something to do with transgender surgery ?

General Theology pretty much IS the Catholic Debate Subforum

one reason we do not have a debate subforum on OBOB is because Catholics put up with a lot of people who want to debate us and say we are not Christian, so we are just kinda tired of debate most of the time

and we have General Theology for that

I agree. If you want to debate about anything Catholic, then GT is the place to go.

Yes, start a thread in General Theology. You'll get lots of participation from both sides. Just be careful and don't use words like "idolatry", "cannibal", "heretic", etc toward Nicene-believing churches (including Catholics, most Protestants, etc.). It used to get really bad with the debates in there, so we had to tighten up the rules. Just read the Statement of Purpose before posting and you'll be fine.
