Coming in August...
(I'll post a Part I summary later.)
I haven't decided entirely what the plot will be, but here's what I hae so far:
Tag, Cole, Eli, Andrei, Alex, Myna, Wing, and Landon, who were all in the underground cave at the end of Part I, left the cave, traveled a bit, and found one of the Seven Kingdoms. This one, called Dreicast, happened to be the same Kingdom Victor was sent to conquer. In short, they tried to stop him, but failed, and had to split up due to Victor pursuing them with an army (though Victor himself remained at Dreicast). Cole, Andrei, Myna, and Landon traveled to the west, and eventually found themselves in a marshy land, the home of the Kingdom of Merscaste. Byron, Molly, and Lauralie had already reached Merscaste, and were living within its walls. Tag, Eli, Alex, and Wing were chased to a mountainous region, where they found a place called Monsaero Abbey, which stood atop a mountain near yet another Kingdom. This Kingdom was known as Triskaidan, and is made up of a wide circle of thirteen mountains.
Meanwhile, William conquered a Kingdom called Neahst, just southeast of Dreicast. After reluctantly putting Althea in charge of Neahst, Will traveled to Dreicast, where Victor held two important prisoners: Max, and Jackie. Will sent Victor from Dreicast to conquer the kingdom of Triskaidan. Along the way, Victor met up with Rebecca.
Now,: Cole, Andrei, Myna, and Landon are at the gates of Merscaste, whereas Molly, Byron, and Lauralie live safe within its gates. Tag, Eli, Alex, and Wing live safely at Monsaero Abbey, unaware of the vast army approaching Triskaidan, led by Victor and Rebecca. Kaya rules at the first Kingdom (the one that Will had conquered in Part I), Oriri. Althea rules at Neahst. William is at Dreicast, ready to convince/force (whichever comes first) Max and Jackie to help him conquer Merscaste.
That leaves us one Conqueror short, and two Kingdoms short. I already have the last 2 Kingdoms written down, but we won't use them just yet. The last Conqueror (a shape-shifter) was never used in Part I, so there's room for one more. At that point, there can be no more of either the 12 or the Conquerors, but there can still be Good side/Bad side characters.

5 of the 7 Kingdoms, their geological traits, and who is located there:
5 of the 7 Kingdoms, their geological traits, and who is located there:
Oriri: No defining geological traits. The largest of all seven kingdoms. The Kingdom conquered by William in Part I.
Kaya
Neahst: Stands between to large cliffs atop a plateau. Conquered by Will.
Althea
Dreicast: Defensive kingdom in an enormously large valley. Tag, Eli, Alex, Wing, Cole, Andrei, Myna, and Landon attempted to stop Victor from conquering it, but failed.
Will, Max, and Jackie
Merscaste: Within a swamp/marsh/bog.
Molly, Byron, Lauralie, Cole, Andrei, Myna, and Landon.
Triskaidan: Made up of a wide circle of thirteen mountains.
(Monsaero Abbey) Tag, Eli, Alex, and Wing
(Road to Triskaidan) Victor, and Rebecca
And I'd just like to say that absolutely no hard work went into making that logo up there. I'm not that dedicated...
