I have good books about Christianity and how to be a better wife and a more Godly woman
and I have 2 bible apps in my phone.
I just need to make the time.

I could make time in 10 and 15 minute breaks at work and at home,
but I need to be able to concentrate.
So I need like 30 minutes or an hour.

I struggle to keep that 30 minutes or hour aside when I have work to do.
I need to make the time though.

But when I fill ALL my time with SOMETHING I get so burned out.

It's a vicious cycle.

I would be praying for help with possible fatigue and maybe depression. You have said in the past that maybe you have some adrenal issues, which can lead to those kinds of problems. Of course I don't know what the problem is, just guessing, but Messiah knows.

Sometimes when I don't know what to do I just kind of lift my eyes Heavenward and say "Help!" That doesn't take much effort. When it is truly from the heart I get good results.

Praying you will be led to the underlying cause of your emotional and mental fatigue.

When you work out, is your mind clear enough to pray? Some people bring books on tape to the treadmills. I don't think that's the solution, though, to keep striving and always feeling like you're never good enough. At some point you need to rest in Him, and enjoy what you have going.

I was thinking this morning of all the nutrition facts we obsess over. Hundreds of years ago, people didn't even have books to learn from. They ate the fish and roti, and were grateful for what they could find. Maybe simplicity will be healthier, and doing less will make you a more godly wife.

Do prayer, you have the necessary
"equipment" with you at all times.
Be honest with God about what is going on in your life.

How to be a godly wife?
Proverbs 3:5
"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on
your own understanding."

It comes down to you abiding in Christ...that involves
being in a close intimate relationship with your Lord and Savior.

Meno-- Greek, translated to mean Abide.
Meno: to live, continue/ remain... abiding in Christ would be to
continue to live in Him, remain (be rooted in Christ).

It's a decision you make, you purpose to do that... pretty much
like Daniel (in the Bible) purposed that he wouldn't partake of
the King's food or wine nor would he worship an idol.
Daniel was a slave and even though his decision could of cost
him his life, Daniel was committed.
