is that movie any good?

If you don't mind some graphic content, the message is ultimately very compelling for a film to come out of Hollywood.

Joseph Gordon-Levitt is a pretty strong opponent to inappropriate contentography from what I've heard, and the movie is his treatise on the problems it causes. But it goes beyond inappropriate content too, it really shows us how a variety of entertainment can be destructive.

Wow, I can't believe my muscles are still sore.. I'll have to push my exercise session back another day.. even then..

What are you doing?

You shouldn't really be exercising the same muscle group more than once a week if you're trying to build muscle.

Why not? If the muscles are no longer sore, what's wrong with tearing up more muscle fiber?

All I really do is try to work all my muscles as hard as I can, then wait until the recovery time is over with.

Or is that wrong?

Are you setting up your alarm to wake at 2:00am to down a Protein shake? If not, you're doing it wrong.

You also need to count every single grain of whey, to make ABSOLUTELY sure that you're hitting the right macros precisely.

If you go a grain under, you loose all of your muscle.

If you go a grain over, you gain fat.

Also, remember to have exactly 37 meals a day, to maximise protein-synthesis.

Seriously, I could go on all day. ^_^

Cool, then fill your boots. I had a mate who would eat an entire cheesecake religiously after each workout.

Oh and by the way, for the less savvy amongst you, my previous post was a joke. I have to state that, because people have repped and messaged me before after I've made a joke, thinking that I was being serious.

Amazing, I know. But true.

I kind of should be working on finals, but I found myself here again. Oh, wells. I'm so excited for summer though. Going to be my first summer without summer school. I would totally do summer school but 5,000 for just 2 months of school is crazy.

I do have a question. Just because you have a hard time gaining fat doesn't necessarily mean you will have a hard time gaining muscle? Right?
I think you're right.... I don't gain weight easily (granted I don't know if it's because I don't like most foods), but I get muscles quickly.
