You can get up again. Don't let this get you down... relapse happens. Look at what happened and try to put in place a plan to prevent it in the future.

Its been about a month since I last harmed myself....I let my emotions get to me and I am going to increase my medication but I will talk to my doctor as well

Do you have a counselor? Maybe talking to someone about your emotions would help.

I just did this again a few days ago. And man do I feel like doing this again... Lately my life has been full of temptations to do it, and I've been feeling very left out, unloved, and just plain unlovable. Ugh

I think it's been about 7 years or more for me. I can't believe it. Nearly a decade on, I still have the scars and am still so ashamed of what I did to myself. But I just wanted to pop in here to say to everyone in this thread that it will get better and you will get past it!

wow..its been nearly a year since i last cut...but then people noticed and it was quite a situation..now whenever i get to the state of really cutting myself, i show my emotions on objects, breaking them n stuff

lastly i took a valuable photo frame of mine and scratched out my face so it went completely faceless :'(

The last time i wanted to cut myself to death, I couldn't do it, for a moment i realized (from past experiences) that people are going to notice and in the future i may regret having the scars..but then that was the day I found CF!!
