Oh Hill no! Clinton’s stale presidential plan wrong for nation | New York Post
She’s been on the national stage for a quarter-century, though because of all the drama, it feels like we’ve lived through several lifetimes with her. Along the way, she’s reinvented herself more often than Madonna. While the spectacle of an aging hoofer trying to keep up with the kids is riveting, the kicks aren’t what they used to be and the odor of desperation is unavoidable.

Personally, I have no problem saying "No" to the election of someone who when asked about the brutal murder of her own staff, some of whom actually reported directly to her and said, "What does it matter at this point?"

If you can't be loyal or even have compassion for your own people, you have no business being a leader of anything much less President of the United States.

I have long thought that Republicans do not want what is best for the United States but only for themselves,
this proves it.

What proves what and how?

Are you asserting that the best for the United States is necessarily Hillary Clinton? That there are no other possible outcomes that would be better for the country?

And how does pointing out an apparent character flaw in one candidate necessarily compel the conclusion that anyone prefers themselves at the expense of the country?

If the US get's another Republican president it will destroy itself from the bottom up.

And Hillary Clinton is the solution? Really? :o

You have to give us something to say yes to. Stop putting bozo's as your VPs (come on, we made it easy for you with Biden and you still managed to pick nuttier people). Pick someone that at least the moderates can get behind.

Clinton is well known, her husband did a much better job than our last 2 POTUS. She's the default pick unless we are given a better choice, not just told to say "no"

Must say I agree with the article. Heck, if she can't pass muster with us in Iowa as the article states, it doesn't bode well for her in the caucuses in Jan.

The Republicans shut down the government just to show they could, do they have the best interests of the US people uppermost in their minds? I don't think they do.

Just as Obama has done his best (with the Republicans opposing everything he tried to do) Hillary will also do her best for the country.

I'm 74 years old so there is not much left for me to worry about but I have children and grand children, they will suffer if a Republican is voted back into the white house just as you will.
Look at the mess Bush left the country in, do you want to see that happen again?

Because it's best to elect another neocon?

What?

I don't think Hillary wants to be president to... you know.. actually be a good president.. I think she wants to run so she can be the first woman president.. just to be the first. I am not saying women make bad presidents.. I think that particular one would make a bad one for her reasons alone. Unless some other political party has a woman running, she will get a lot of votes solely because a lot of people want to be able to say they voted for the first woman president and she won.

There is NOTHING more dignified than a Conservative showing schadenfruede for a cause he or she couldn't care less about. You guys are actually SCARED of HIllary because she's actually a scary tough politico. Unlike the clown car you guys put up there and maybe the token "female" in the form of a brainless moron like Sarah Palin or a bizarre crazy woman like Michelle Bachmann.

The difference is: Hillary plays it like a male politician. I suspect Hillary is as cutthroat as any politico on the stage today and that makes her an actual legitimate contender.

Don't get me wrong: I don't want Hillary for my candidate (primarily because I suspect she's a pretty nasty person and I think she's far too old for the job, just as I felt most of the people over the age of 60 who are I power are far to old for the job). But I suspect Hillary is far more troubling for the Right than they care to admit.

Sarah Palin is a joke. Pretty much everyone with an IQ in the double digits can see that. Michelle Bachmann was unelectable and we all knew that. Hillary Clinton is polarizing but could technically do the job. ANd might actually stand a snowball's chance.

So, do by all means, enjoy the slagging of HIllary. But recognize that slagging HIllary is not the same as slagging Sarah Palin. Palin and Bachmann and the majority of the GOP clowncar are unelectable. Those that are smart (like Ted Cruz) are too far into LaLa Land to gain sufficient vote share and in the end it'll likely be a Hillary vs "Middle of the Road RINO" anyway.

Enjoy.

I hear ya! That's why George W. Bush was so awful sending out troops into Iraq with insufficient armor and sending his toady Rumsfeld out to tell 'em that they go to war with the army they have not the army they want. LOL.

But, hey, considering the GOP also championed reduced funding for security at Benghazi I guess that means the GOP would ALSO make bad presidents, huh?
