Every breath we take is a miracle, each moment a blessing.
Yet, many of us waste our miracles and blessings
looking back at things that have already happened
and worrying about things that have yet to happen.
We cannot change the past.
The best chance we have at changing the future
is by changing TODAY!

When you lie down tonight, think about the special people in your life,
those who believe in, encourage and inspire you.
Those who have stood beside you at your worst
and celebrated with you at your best.
See yourself in their company, crying, laughing... whatever.
Allow these thoughts to warm your heart and lull you off to sleep.
