aw my coworker has that and it's her cyattica (spelling?) nerve in her back has been pinched in a way that she had to take a few days off of work because standing hurt and sitting hurt too. She's getting physical therapy now.
It sounds rough.

Father, in the name of your Son Jesus we ask you to remove the back pain at once. All can be done in your Holy Name. Praise God.

Thanks so much for prayers. I was feeling a lot better a week ago, but I've had a difficult time since then. I'll have one good day and then a bad day after that. Today I'm having another difficult day. 
I'm feeling sad and crying, and not understanding why this is happening to me. Some days I think I'm getting better and that gives me great hope. But days like today make me think I'll never get much better. Please continue to pray. Thank you!

I pray for you and ask the Lord Jesus for guidance to get to the bottom of the problem;

Thanks so much for prayers. I was feeling a lot better a week ago, but I've had a difficult time since then. I'll have one good day and then a bad day after that. Today I'm having another difficult day.

You know, I have pain too, and it ebbs and flows. One thing I do is get exercise, and that takes me to the warm pool where I live. Pool exercise is kinder to those of us who are limited in mobility, I can't walk like I used to, so there I go! As my sports medicine doctor says, "Exercise is medicine." While it doesn't curb the pain completely, it sure does help! Praying for you.. for both of us, really.

Oh WOW I've had a really really good day today!!!! Still having some pain, but I was able to walk and stand without too much pain! AND, tonight I was able to help cooking supper!! I haven't been able to do that for over 2 weeks!! Praise Jesus whose Mercy is everlasting!! I am so humbled by His love and His Mercy! He is showing me the path out of this, and He is with me. Your prayers are the key to my healing! Thank You!!
